We have just sold our farmhouse through Fox Grant Sherborne + have nothing but praise for James + Cantie .
Although a small team , they worked very professionally at all times , feedback was swift , and they took charge of all the viewings , which worked extremely well .
We cannot fault them - and have to say Cantie's skills as a photographer are fab - the brochure surpassed one previously shot by a professional !

We were very happy with the assistance we got from Fox Grant when we were buying our house. Selling and buying is stressful, and became even more so when the sale of our own house fell through. However, Phil Howard was always there to support us throughout the process and would often be responding to our emails late into the evening. Phil helped us think outside the box about some of the issues we encountered, and acted as a sounding board on many occasions. Fox Grant were more than an estate agent, they were a true partner in the process.

Fox Grant sold my land within weeks of putting it on the market, very good communication between parties and the help I received was great would recommend this company to anyone .

I would not hesitate in recommending Fox Grant. They offered a first class service and kept us informed at every stage of our recent property sale. House selling and indeed buying can be very stressful so being kept up to date with events is so important, a point lost on many estate agents.

We were trying to sell a modern detached house with over 7 acres of adjoining land, stables, woodland etc. Other agents had convinced us of "marriage value" that obviously never existed as we had single figure viewings from 2 other agents combined over 12 months. Fox Grant proactively sought our business, questioned the marriage value and advocated offering the market 3 lots: house only, land only and house + land. With less information published on national web sites, Fox Grant generated far more viewings and ultimately found us separate buyers for house & land. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling property which includes land.

Having failed to sell the property during the previous year,Fox Grant very soon found some clients and completed the sale very quickly only to held up by Solicitors which should be noted.
