Fantastic experience through out, from the first visit to value right through to the end Fox Grant were there for us and our buyers.

We have used Fox Grant before to sell our last house so knew exactly what to expect a good honest friendly service. This being our forever home we hope not to have to move again but would use them next time, with out a doubt.

Thanks to James and Chanti at Sherborne for their efforts on our behalf both selling our property both quickly and for the right price. They also were excellent in the purchase of our new home, great communicators and good fun along the way, we enjoyed the process and would highly recommend them to all.

Both Adam and William ensured a smooth and successful sale - nothing was too much trouble.

Fox Grant helped through every step of the process and went the extra mile to help resolve some of the outstanding questions that were preventing us proceeding to exchange. Adam Field was a very good support throughout.

I went with Fox Grant because they proposed a promotion and sale by sealed bids on a specific date and they had a good equestrian reputation.

Instead I got random low offers mostly from non equestrians, as I was in a hurry to sell I had to take a low offer from someone who had no interest in the land who took ages to complete despite being a "cash" buyer.
I had 2 better offers from "walk ins" after I had accepted this offer.
So I know money was left on the table.

Our realtor clearly understood the rural area and our sales 'product', actually a 5-6 acre field with stables.
Dealt with it from start to complete finish very effectively.
Good communications and excellent at making sure all the other parties, some competing, were kept informed.

We purchased a property through Fox and Grant recently, the purchase took just short of a year due to land registry complications. We felt we received excellent service from start to finish, the team always had time to explain details of the purchase to us and Adam would always phone us back if we needed more information. Fox and Grant are a cut above any Estate agent I have ever used and would definitely recommend and definitely use in the future if we ever move. The staff at Fox Grant were exceptionally vigilant and informative with regard to selling our property. Having spent some time viewing properties with the more run of the mill agents it has been a pleasure to deal with Adam and William of Fox Grant whilst negotiating our purchase. If you are in the market for a more rural property we couldn't recommend them enough.

Our property, a 15 acre equestrian smallholding, had previously been offered by another agency with very poor results. After 3 months we switched to Fox Grant. They suggested a novel approach to the sale, including lotting the land separately and arranging an 'open day'. They also produced a set of very attractive colour brochures. This led to a number of viewings from highly suitable prospective buyers and an eventual sale that was in excess of our original expectations.
