Competative pricing, prompt delivery, some extremely helpful staff including delivery.

We had 7 tonne of stone delivered this week by Steve who was absolutley fantastic. He split the bags from the bottom and went above and beyond to make the job as easy as possible for us!

Forward as a company were reliable, reasonably priced and quick to deliver. They also specified the exact correct amount of stone.

We will happily use forward again for any future work we do and recommend them to family and friends.

Really helpful and friendly guys at the Ellesmere Port depot. Even worked up a sweat cutting a sheet of wood, so it fitted in my car. The site has a huge selection of supplies. Well worth a visit. Carmel

Fantastic company & extremely helpful staff!

Just had my second delivery from Forward Builders supplies and Alan the delivery driver was such a lovely guy and couldn’t have been any more helpful.

The customer support team were also fantastic and ensured the the materials were delivered in time for when I needed them.

They are extremely reasonably priced, I personally couldn’t find anywhere cheaper as most companies add deliver & handling charges.

I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Odered stone on Thursday and got delivered on Monday morning as they don't deliver over weekend,friendly driver,they have a good range on website,easy to find,thankyou

I ordered a little stone circle that I needed to finish a project, after searching on the internet for a few days and getting no where fast, either some odd companies showed up or those who had the item did not deliver to my area, then someone suggested changing the search engine I used from google to duckduck, first search showed Forwards had it and it was in stock, I live in Merseyside and its the first time I heard of this company so to be sure I gave them a call, yep they had the item and it was in stock, back on line I placed the order at around 2pm.

Following morning I got an email saying it was out for delivery, soon after it arrived, the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the service and fast delivery, once upon a time most companies where as good as this, sadly these days only a few stand out so defo going to use them again.

Dont be tempted by the prices/website/free delivery- they simply send whatever is in stock that is similar WITHOUT notice and when you dare to call to say wrong colour their unbelievable response is “well won’t it do”! No, I ordered black because I wanted black NOT brown! Poor attitude deteriorated, driver refused to give receipt or any note to confirm collection of returned products then customer services stated outright lies saying they have refunded my money - I haven’t received ANY refund at all and now believe I’ve lost all my money. DO NOT BUY from this company, please check my other reviews to see I am a genuine and honest customer.

In phone call you stated that you didn’t have the colour ordered in stock and sent what you had as you “thought it would be acceptable”. Your attitude was appalling making me feel that I was being awkward in wanting to return the brown and wanting black. You also said you did not know when you would be able to deliver the black so I did say not to worry as B&Q had it in stock and I would go there. I have NOT received an email from you confirming a refund and I have NOT received a refund!! This was a “tester” order for my £30K garden re-design project this summer, so relieved I followed this advice, companies who care about small orders very much care about large orders.

I have followed your advice and looked at other reviews and there is a trend of good reviews from men, poor from women- is this a problem in your company?

Great place but expensive for small quantity.

Great suppliers over the recent COVID 19 lockdown and now. Great customer service, went out of their to accommodate our needs. Above and beyond service will be using these guys all the the time. Thank you 👍👍
