Great service & reasonable price

Brilliant company! I needed some stones for my garden and was unsure as to the number of bags needed, the person on the online chat (yes a person not an automated robot) gave me lots of advice and even emailed spec. over. She said if I placed the order that evening she would look out for it so it could make the delivery van going out the next day (which happened to be in my area). I placed the order that evening but wasn't expecting it would be delivered the next day -but it was!! Delivery driver very helpful and called in advance so I knew they were on their way. Overall a great experience!

Great customer service and a lot cheaper for good quality gravel. Really happy with the order. Have had two deliveries. The first came on the same day I ordered and the second the day after. Delivery drivers friendly and able to place the delivery exactly where I wanted.

Impressed with slate and pea gravel ordered. Was not in when delivered but was pleased to note that the goods were well packed and left exactly where we had requested.

Visited site on previous occasion and was impressed. Friendly and helpful member of staff - He even put the goods in my boot for me.

I had a delivery from Forward B S after searching on the internet for some decorative stones for my pots. FBS were the cheapest for what I wanted and to be honest the quality for what I paid was unbelievable. I ordered online. Customer Service was a delight to talk to and very helpful, received delivery on the nominated day! The driver was really helpful and followed my instructions on delivery, which is rare quality these days. Would I recommend them. I certain would. If you have any hard landscaping to be done, definitely give them a call. Over 100 per cent pleased with the whole experience.

I have been looking for some unusual garden pebbles/stones for sometime now, and purchased 10 no. 20 kg bags of Flamingo Pink. They were a very good price and delivery was included. Delivery was within 2 days of my purchase but unfortunately due to a miscalculation on my part I had to reorder a further 5 bags. This in itself wasn't a problem as the website is easy to use and my order only took a couple of minutes. Delivery arrived the day after, which I found amazing. On offloading my orders, the driver was very helpful in placing the bags where I needed them to go. The pebbles look gorgeous as they are so very different from the ones found in the local DIY stores. I've already received many comments on how lovely they look. I would definitely be buying again from this Company as they are extremely good value for money and quick on delivery. Very impressed.
