We have recently bought a new car from OMC and the experience was brilliant.

We were dealt with by Jobie Knight who was the most patient, professional person ever! He didn't try and do sny hard sell, he gave us time to choose, test drive any vehicle we wanted and gave us unbiased information. Nothing was to much trouble and he went beyond his duties to ensure that everything was dealt with quickly and correctly. He called when he said he would and answered any questions. He is meticulous in everything.

Jobie is a credit and truly deserves a raise. I've never seen such dedication in someone.

It was an efficient transaction, the price was less than half the quotation from my previous insurer for exactly the same cover.

Your customer service sorted out my issues with gaining access to my policy so I was able to tax my new car, if they had not then it would have delayed my new car. Once you have purchased a new car delaying it would have been very upsetting.

I've been with Ford Insure for the past 5 years and never had any issues. They're customer service team were always really helpful. However, I recently got my renewal quotation for approx £2.3k. After shopping around on comparison websites, each quote from their competitors were coming in around £800/900. I called them to discuss the renewal and when they updated my details their quotation was amended to £2.4k (with the discounts included)!!! The girl I spoke with on the phone didn't seem interested that I was taking my business elsewhere, despite me being a loyal customer for the past 5 years. Beware of this when your insurance automatically renews.

I had a great experience with ford insurance the form was easy to complete and had my quote within minutes, I decided to use this company as the price was very reasonable and so quick to complete the whole process even down to have my paperwork sent via the post as well as an email to confirm all the details and internet copy of paperwork very happy with the service would highly recommend
