I I am very happy with my recent delivery from food for foodies & will be ordering again as soon as I finish using what I have now

Frozen products were not wrapped in insulation as promised on your website.

I purchased young coconut from them and the coconut water was brown and inside was a bit dark. I bought 7 and I couldn’t use even one. I sent messages to their customer service and the attitude was bad.

Great service, packed beautifully, stayed frozen.

Great folks to deal with. Missed something off my order after paying, quick email and was added next day, obviously had to pay for it but no fuss and no extra delivery charge.
Package came quickly and well boxed up with fresh produce in a cool wrapping. Super fresh and well please.
Will be returning for more.

Received only part of my order after a phone call about a week after ordering telling me that some of the products I had ordered were discovered to be out of date (April 2024) when packaging them. They asked if I wanted to take the out of date product for a 50% discount, choose a replacement or have the missing items refunded.
I asked for a refund which the woman on the phone said was fine and would happen.
The next day the items arrived without the products as agreed which is fine. But it’s almost a week ago and my email has been ignored where I reiterated o would like a refund for the missing items and still no refund or acknowledgement.
I’ve used this company before with minimal issues but won’t be using them again after this. The refund should have been processed straight away and should have been acknowledged in writing and not via phone call first. Very bad practice and very poor customer service

My parcel missing things .
once I can't found the candy （I remember） in my parcel. I know it is missing.
they don't notice me and no refund. I emailed them no respond. I email again no respond. I email third time. they respond to refund me £1.69
Then I checked the shopping list in their refund email. shockly I found still two more things are missing.
Total £6.77 goods they missed in my parcel.
I emailed fourth time now and still waiting their respond
actually £6.77 is not a big money. but the shopping exeperience this time was so bad.

Parcel didn’t arrive due to staff for. Foodies keying in wrong address but customer service is superb and they quickly resolved it with such efficacy. Really pleased and good customer service which is rare nowadays.

Hands down the worst company I have had to deal with. Ordered my items on the 4th Oct and still haven't arrived. I have tried to email this company several times with only one reply back stating they would check with courier. I have requested a full refund of which they have ignored my email. If I could honestly give a score of 0 I would.

Used this company for the first time and will NOT be using again!

They sent gluten free oyster sauce that was very nearly out of date (a couple of weeks to expiry). They refused to replace (only at my expense, to post the large bottle back)!

They very reluctantly refunded 50% (no postage refund), after many emails of complaint. They did not take any notice of what I had written.

This is an infrequently used item, in a large bottle, and I have basically thrown my money down the drain.

Buyers beware. Many reviews are saying the same thing about out of date goods.

Ordered online and sent expired two (2) Kua Kling Mackerels 60g in can. I have pictures to prove.

too late delivery almost 7:30pm, earlier better

In spite of receiving part of my order wrong, I like to give 5 stars score as the customer service was excellent which I believe is as important as the quality of their products.The issue was promptly sorted, communication was clear and quick, the order amended in no time so I am very pleased. Their price are competitive and items arrived well packed. Until next order, thanks!

Very poor customer service. No email to advice that my order was shipped and all my frozen goods arrived melted. Leaked through the dry products so both dry and frozen inedible. No resolution to rectify the problem caused by the company's lack of communication and lack of care. Over £100 worth of items wasted. The fruits also arrived rotten. 2 boxes of Mangosteen were rotten. Rambutan were off
