Amazing product, helps me sleep, delivered right on time with absolute safe packaging will definitely buy again!

Exceptionally quick service but sadly your packaging let you down, otherwise I would have given you 5 stars. The items were in a large box and no attempt had been made to secure them or wrap them properly. As a result three out of the six tins were badly dented.

The food is excellent, but the delivery was not so good. Our house has electric entry and exit gates, with an intercom at the entry gate. We were in at the time given for the delivery, and received another online delivery at that time. DPD is one of our highest rated delivery companies, but on this occasion the driver did not ting the buzzer on the intercom.

Many thanks for excellent quality goods and delivered extremely quickly. This is second time I have used the company abd shall certainly be using Foodies again.

very poor. order not fulfilled, very sketchy order information on site, no refund provided so having to chase through credit card. still advertising itmes on website that they claim to have no stock for.

I used the coconut curry in a packet in Australia. Same brand and flavour.
I was delighted to find it here in Scotland and the flavour was brilliant

ordered on 22 March, now it’s April. Still not received anything! Sent many emails all no reply! Can’t track order , no any information about my order!

This is my first time using Food for Foodies, and I have to say that I am rather disappointed compared with other online Chinese supermarkets I have used.

First, I ordered four bags of frozen dumplings but received only three. All three bags were completely defrosted and flattened together upon delivery due to extremely poor frozen packaging. The frozen hot-pot beef slices were also defrosted, and the meat had turned brown.

In addition, several items from my order were not delivered, and I have not received any communication so far regarding an explanation or a refund.

Based on these issues, I am unlikely to use this company again.

I had a phone call the day after ordering telling me that the product I'd ordered was no longer in stock, asking if I would take a alternative brand but the same flavour. Then had a phone call 10 minutes later saying that the new one was not vegan friendly, just really good caring customer service, thank you.
