Great surgery and clear guidance through every step - not to mention I now have perfect vision! Thank you to Dr Allamby and the team for everything.

Great experience - you can tell they’ve nailed their customer service and care at every stage of the process. I had a 20/20 result, and strong aftercare.

I had LASIK treatment in both of my eyes on Saturday 22 April 2023. Prior to the surgery I was very short-sighted and also a bit astigmatic. I was recently discharged after my last check (6 months check). My vision is now 20/12, and I am very happy with the results. My treatment was with David Allamby who I would highly recommend to anyone. He has answered all the question I have asked on the Pre-Operative Assessment, was very calm and reassuring during the whole process despite my anxiety, and has very good manners.
After the treatment you are given the surgeon's mobile number in case there are any complications and they also have a 10 year warranty which is obviously even more reassuring. The aftercare I received was also excellent.
All Focus Team has been very kind and polite and always available to answer any questions and to reschedule any post-op checks. Very good customer service especially from Lesya and Prasheen. Thanks Focus Clinic! :)

Firstly, the lasik surgery I had was a complete success, ensuring that I wouldn't need glasses to see clearly again, as well as eliminating my astigmatism.

Secondly, the aftercare I received was also excellent. The optometrists were very welcoming and thorough with every checkup.

All in all, I would 100% recommend Focus Clinics and am thankful to them.

Very professional and reassuring, especially given the type of treatment involved. I would recommend that any person considering corrective eye surgery should at least discuss with David and his team given their level of experience in this process.

I had a great experience ranging from my initial consultation all the way through to the surgery and the start of my aftercare process. Every member of the team made me feel welcome and were more than ready to answer any questions I had. A special mention to Mr Perera and Lesya for carrying out my surgery and sorting out the logistics respectively, alongside the multitude of team members including optometrists and receptionists for helping me throughout the entire process.

Incredible team, so friendly and put your mind at ease answering any questions you might have. Only 3 days in now but back to 20:20 vision and have great aftercare too.

Very clear and helpful guidance throughout the process, and no sales pressure to have the operation. Focus performed thorough checks at every stage and have given excellent aftercare. The actual operation was also handled very well and the nurses and surgeon were very kind, and being given the surgeons personal contact in case of emergency was very reassuring.

I chose Focus after looking at a few different clinics as I wanted to feel comfortable with such an important decision and the initial consultation made me feel just that. The entire team were thorough and reassuring from the start including the aftercare post-op too. It has been one of the best decisions I have made and I look forward to living with my new (better than 20/20) vision. Very grateful to Dr Allamby and the team.

Better than 20/20 vision achieved, incredible and thorough before and aftercare. They are always prompt to answer questions and queries (they don’t just drop you after surgery). They care and it shows. Very lovely team. I would like to give special thanks to my optometrist Monita and Mr Allamby, their professionalism, knowledge and dedication exceeded my expectations. From start to finish they guided me through what I thought would be a much more scary experience but within a few days after surgery for my follow ups I was able to ditch the glasses for good. Mr Allamby was amazing during the surgery, all staff members calmed me down during the surgery itself and made me feel at ease. I have a slight lazy eye and they have still managed to bring both eyes into focus with perfect vision. Where they were concerned they referred me to a see a specialist (could easily have said all is fine). When I had concerns they happily scheduled me in with the surgeon to talk through. The detail given to you about the surgery and after care is thorough and the on the day they are thoughtful and reassuring.

Having made the decision to have eye surgery, I did a lot of research on Google and looked at many reviews of different companies. I decided Focus vision seemed to have the best reviews. Having now had Multi focal Lens Replacement Exchange surgery, it was absolutely the best decision I have ever made choosing this company. All the team at Focus vision are absolutely brilliant. Everything runs with absolute precision, and all the staff are so friendly.They are really efficient answering any pre surgery queries and also after care queries. A very special Big Thank You to my surgeon Dr Sumith Perera, who was simply lovely. He was very honest and open about the surgery and what outcome to expect. The actual surgery is totally stressless, pain free and actually quite quick. All the team was really lovely and calming. 4 weeks from surgery, I am absolutely delighted NO glasses. My eyesight is already great, and will only improve over the next few months. Thank you all. I can't stop smiling. The best decision ever!!.

In reply to your reply - I contacted you double check that all was good to book my train tickets - I purchased them through train line and I have tried to get a refund and I can not! You offered me 1 alternative but I could not do that date - I did not refuse it - I was unable to come and then you offered me 1 just before Xmas - - everything I wrote was TRUE

Update to my below review - when cancelling my appointment they did say they would look in to refunding my train tickets - I have now contacted them twice and now they are ignoring me! *****

I can not convey how disappointed I am.

I am travelling along way for the consultation, so I checked that everything was good for the date that had been booked, then confirmed all was good.

I went ahead and booked a return train ticket for me and my husband.

Today I have a phone call cancelling the appointment and the alternative appointment being offered was 3 1/2 months away.

I have decided to go somewhere else that does not let their customers down.
