What an awesome review! Thanks for always choosing Fluid.
Experienced some issues but items were well made
We had some issues getting our logo to look the way we wanted it. There were some restrictions in terms of sizing, positioning and colour which we hadn't anticipated.
However, the items were good quality and arrived in good time.
We received too many chasing/sales calls after we showed an interest in placing an order!

Quick and quality service
Really quick service, with great communication throughout the process. Didn't mind redoing the visuals to ensure it was correct and the lanyards turned out exactly as we needed them to. Packaged well, and the team showed great patience and customer service throughout the entire process.

Poor account management
Ordered my items 6 weeks in advance, with clear instructions on where and when to deliver. It seems my instructions weren't passed on to the supporting team. First item was delivered to the wrong building, and the last item was in danger of not making it in time for the event as it looked like they were processed last minute (they were just the standard A5 notebooks). I'm still waiting for an explanation from the account manager. I will consider another of our suppliers next time, and I will stop passing on their details to colleagues.

Efficient and helpful service in the production of badges
Fluid Branding were very efficient and helpful in the production of 2500 badges, meeting our deadlines and assisting when delivery problems arose!
