Very helpful in answering questions and finding the flight I needed

The staff was good and patient, he guided me all through till my ticket is purchased, l wish all your staffs will be like him

My experience booking my flight ticket was great I got guided by Shane through the process and was given information to make it clear .

I had booked tickets but unfortunately prices had changed and old prices were still on website which was very annoying. Spoke to Roger and he did his best to find me alternative tickets. I received my tickets about an hour after paying. Thanks again Roger.

Excellent communication Roger explained everything to me couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Never used this site before but I will carry on using it now Thankyou.

Roger went above and beyond to get us the best deals on our flights costs and was in contact daily to get us the dates needed for a party for nine. I will be calling Roger again later in the year for more flights well done young man thanks for your effort.

I needed a particular logistical flight plan for a trip to Canada in the summer. It appeared that I was not going to achieve that goal until I got FlightForUs (and specifically Roger) to leverage their knowledge to help me achieve my goal! For that I am most grateful!

SCAMMEERS STAY AWAY!!

I originally paid for business class flights but then to have a phone call to say that the price has gone up and that I would have to downgrade to premium with a different airline.. under pressure I agreed and paid £1398 and then to find the same exact price on the actual website for £990 so I’ve been scammed an extra £480!! FOR THE SAME EXACT FLIGHT!!

I reached out to them and explained that it is totally unacceptable to do that and for them to say there’s nothing they can do… I can either cancel the flight for 50% of the fair or just go along with the flight! CRAZYYYY

I explained that i had spoken to the airline on the phone and they said for the agent to cancel on their side… it also says on the airline website that there is a 24 hour free cancellation period and they will have to cancel on their side but they simply refused!!

I am so angry that they think this is ok to do!

If you don’t want your holiday ruined and actually save some money towards your spending money, just book on sky scanner which is what I usually do! But since I wanted cheaper business class tickets I thought I’d actually go through a company, BOYYY WAS A Wrong!!! HUGE REGRET!!

Very happy with Flightsforus who just saved Christmas for my daughter and I.
Trying to book a flight to Nashville to visit my daughter was proving problematic with prices in the £1000s but thankfully Shane gave me a call back and was able to sort it all out for just over £800. Really grateful as otherwise my daughter would have spent her first Nashville Christmas alone. Thank you so much Shane.

Shane was very helpful, diligent, and considerate. He followed through in a timely manner with everything he said he would do and was very careful with information and instructions. He was a great person to help with your travel plans.

Bit disappointed that my original booking request was unavailable as it was significantly cheaper than what I ended up paying.

Shane was amazing He went above and beyond to find the best deals for me even called me back when I had to go for a meeting for an hour. Customer service at this level is very rare nowadays. I would recommend Shane get a promotion and pay increase to go above and beyond to find the best deal. I really lovely polite young man. I’m going to visit my auntie in America who last time I saw it wasn’t a widow so this is very emotive for me and to have someone who cared enough to take the time and be patient. Means a lot he even called me up to check if I’ve got my tickets on email brilliant service highly recommend these guys again.

The guys were very good. Helped amend our booking and kept in touch by telephone when we had a problem so went over and above with customer service. By far the cheapest flight prices we found online. Will use them again.
