I found the Flight Centre and, in particular, Amy to be helpful, friendly and efficient.
They also provided useful information about pre - entry requirements which were not known by me at the time.

During this time where flights are being cancelled, I have a flight scheduled for departure 23.03.2026, I did not want to harass staff but still wanted to make contact. Amy has been professional and answered all my queries, She has made this experience less stressful at what must be a very busy time for you all.

My upcoming trip to Cuba had been cancelled with only 3 weeks to go (not booked through Flight centre and through no fault of the booking company), however, this left little time and inflexibility to book another holiday, Holly was exceptional, she spent a few hours with me going through a couple of options, she was very patient and informative, we eventually settled on a particular tour and she sorted everything out for me within the week.
I went back to The flight centre to discuss transfers, Holly was on a day off but Amy was equally as accommodating and patient, very friendly and approachable and I left there with everything all sorted! I can now look forward to my upcoming holiday knowing all of the details have been sorted - and explained!

Amy Burns is an absolute asset to the flight centre. Even supporting me while I'm away trying to help and find flights with all my new requirements as I decided to stay longer. She's been there from the start and always replied, sometimes within minutes. All I can say is thank you Amy and the flight centre. It feels very reassuring having an actual agent as a human which is so rare and hope the flight centre keeps this up. I cannot recommend Matthew J from flight centre highly enough. He was exceptionally responsive, navigating multiple flight changes to ensure I got the best possible price for my recent international trip with two children and trying to sort out the best seats - which was impossible for me to sort directly with the airline. What really set him apart was the proactive support and his patience for my multiple requests. He sent reminders for seat bookings and even offered to handle them for me (which he did!) plus sending reminders to me about visa applications (very useful). Even when we missed a connecting flight, Matthew reached out to offer his apologies and support, including securing a refund for me. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. Thank you so much Matthew!
