Poor communication don't get back to…
Extremely disappointed with the service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. Despite having a No Win No Fee agreement in place, I have still not even been allocated a solicitor to deal with my case.
As far as I am aware, the only action taken to date has been a request for medical records. I have also experienced difficulties getting responses to telephone calls and have been left without clear communication about what is happening with my case.
I appreciate that legal cases can take time, but I would expect basic communication, a named solicitor and a clear explanation of what work is being undertaken.
At this stage, I am seriously questioning whether I want this firm to continue acting for me and would like a clear explanation of the lack of progress and communication.

I’m really happy with the service I…
I’m really happy with the service I received from Louise Maloney at Fletchers. My claim took quite a while from start to finish ( around 15 months ) , but Louise was always helpful, kept me updated and was there whenever I had any questions or worries. It’s been a long journey, but it’s finally come to an end and I’m really pleased with the outcome.

Sonia went far and beyond working on my case . Even when marks were dragging their feet she chased them up Sonia knew how important it was for me to get this over and done with especially as it was nearly 14 months

What a rollercoaster of a ride this has been. Almost 3 years ago my husband had an injury which has for him changed his life. We contacted Fletchers Solicitors who took on the case. It has been an ongoing and lengthy process due to this being done in current time and not after an accident. The initial couple of years were hard work which was slightly frustrating, But we can honestly say that from January 2026 Mr Paul Pike and his team have been amazing and with guidance from him we reached a settlement figure and accepted it and as of today we can now say that the journey to our new normal will be slightly easier. Would highly recommend Mr Pike and his colleagues to anyone.

If you haven’t already made the mistake…
If you haven’t already made the mistake by seeking their help then DON’T
They don’t contact you back, they allow the GP’S to withhold various parts of medical notes over a period of 7 months.
If you complain then they’ll remind you cases can take three years!
That’s all well and good but at this rate it will be 3026.
I was promised a call back several times and didn’t get one.
Just because it can go on for three years it doesn’t excuse the fact their not chasing it the way they should.

Fantastic support and advice

Joe Johnson was always helpful and if i needed to talk to him, and he wasn't available at the time, he always rang me back.
I did need help with my claim and once Fletchers obtained all my medical history, he came up with a realistic figure to offer the council involved.

Cyclist traffic accident
After a road traffic accident (I am a cyclist) with an oncoming car I contacted Cycling UK who put me in contact with Fletchers. Diane contacted me directly to inform me regarding the legal process.
