Fletchers solicitors have been great…
Fletchers solicitors have been great dealing with my little girls claim, the claim lasted for almost 5 years due to complication from the other party involved, throughout this time Linda and her team kept us updated and explained each step, very good communication and I felt they always went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly, I would highly recommend fletchers to my friends and family, Linda was great and fought our corner every step of the way. Absolutely terrible customer care
Absolutely terrible customer care. Made an initial enquiry after I had a bad fall that wasn’t my fault. Was then hounded everyday with phone calls to get me to sign up with them. Signed up and they dropped my case. Didn’t even give me a chance to present my evidence or talk through my case. Just abandoned it. Obviously wasn’t enough money in it for them. Do not recommend at all.

Lauren Bayliff is an absolute asset to the firm. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. Lauren secured a payment for me, from an eye surgeon who was negligent and more interested in money than care. He left me with a lifetime condition (photophobia) that could have been easily avoided.

Very professional
Very professional, talked me through each stage letting me know what was needed from me. Any questions were felt with promptly and kept me up to date with progress, getting a settlement before court for my cycling accident with a pot hole. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Poor communication don't get back to…
Extremely disappointed with the service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. Despite having a No Win No Fee agreement in place, I have still not even been allocated a solicitor to deal with my case.
As far as I am aware, the only action taken to date has been a request for medical records. I have also experienced difficulties getting responses to telephone calls and have been left without clear communication about what is happening with my case.
I appreciate that legal cases can take time, but I would expect basic communication, a named solicitor and a clear explanation of what work is being undertaken.
At this stage, I am seriously questioning whether I want this firm to continue acting for me and would like a clear explanation of the lack of progress and communication.

I’m really happy with the service I…
I’m really happy with the service I received from Louise Maloney at Fletchers. My claim took quite a while from start to finish ( around 15 months ) , but Louise was always helpful, kept me updated and was there whenever I had any questions or worries. It’s been a long journey, but it’s finally come to an end and I’m really pleased with the outcome.
