I commend Thane for his superlative customer service and consummate professionalism.
Why?
He listened to me, delivered and installed the tapware as we'd discussed, and consulted me throughout the two (2) days he worked here.
Everything works; no need to battle my tapware into submission. Leaks? What leaks? There are none. And as for my new baby Clydesdale shower rose, oh, what a delight it is...

It was a very disappointing experience—I will not go near them again! They were engaged to fix a leaking pipe behind a retaining wall. They spent about two hours digging a 70 cm deep hole and did not reach the leaking point to fix it. They then packed up and presented a bill for $885. They also quoted me over $5,000 to connect a 15-meter copper pipe (3/4") above ground!

They charge upfront without identifying the problem - then find they cannot fix it, make another appointment, do not keep it as held up on another job - and pay over $600 for nothing -
I need to update my review - the company responded very positively. to my review, explained the issue and refunded any monies I had paid - will now look to give them another try in the future - very nice to see.

Thane did a great job sorting out a blocked toilet. He was efficient and punctual and clearly explained what repairs were needed. Pleasant manner and left the area clean after completing the job.

Our seven year old house had 4 storm water metal drains that were below ground and were now rusting and leaking water into our foundations.
Also we had 7 rainheads that weren’t big enough that had the potential become blocked and back flow into the 1st and 2nd stories of the house.
Like with my other dealings with Mitch he quoted the job before commencing the work - something that not all plumbers do.
He quickly enlarged the size of the rainheads and then raised the above ground with plastic pipes. I found Mitch to be thoughtful, quick and very neat. I would strongly recommend him.

Our hot water system was broken last week My husband found Fix It Right in google as the review was high. He called Fix It Right and within the day a plumber named Mitch came to check the damage. He gave us the options of what to install and recommended the gas hot water system with 5 star rating. He explained to us why it's better than our previous hot water system. Right away he installed and finished with everything around clean and not in mess. I am pleased as I'm particular on OH&S. Also Mitch checked up all taps in the house and today he came again and replaced the tap in our room. I am so happy with the kind of tap that he installed as per his suggestion. Well done Mitch and Fix It Right.

I would highly recommend fix it right plumbing. We have needed their services three times recently. From first contact to all of the plumbers and apprentices contact has been friendly and professional. Each time we have been provided with a clear plan if the work required and an upfront, final estimate. Service is always prompt and work done either immediately or the next day. Thank you to Jack and Ethan for their hard work under very difficult circumstances this week. They have replaced all leaking gal water and gas pipes under our 1930’s house. No mean feat and they have been courteous and professional throughout. We’re now leak free and safe. Thank you again Jack and Ethan.

Today l had Jarrod come out to do some plumbing repairs. He was very polite hard working and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in geelong.and so responsive. I called in the morning and same day service. Awesome call Jarrod.

The experience was very unpleasant as Jack the plumber from Franston who came to my house was intent on seeing how he much he could increase the charges. The original quote was for $1050, but he then offered to fix two leaking faucet while he was there but refused to give me an estimate of the cost until he had been to buy the mixers. As he had bought the mixers I then felt morally obliged to proceed despite him saying that the total charge was now $2055 without any breakdown of the costs. He was both reluctant and obtuse when I asked how he worked out the $1000 increase of the original quote. He just said that is the price for everything. When I pressed him why the charges went up so much he said that it was about $300 for each faucet and did not reveal that he had added $250 to take the concrete cuttings to the dump. He clearly could have given me an estimate of his charge before he went and bought the mixers but he refuse to. $300 was his standard charge for replacing a mixer which had I known this in advance I would have done it myself. Just be careful to insist on an estimate beforehand and don't accept it if the plumber says he can't give an estimate. As a retiree I would have gone to the dump to save $250 and would have fixed the faucet leak myself. $300 per faucet while the plumber is already on site is excessive.

I had tried 5 plumbers before discovering FixIt Right and so glad I did. Booking process was excellent and fitted in to my schedule. Jack came and went through the house and checked everything and gave me a detailed inventory and cost for what was required. I was able to decide what was needed to be fixed first and he started work on the gas regulator first. Everything done as requested,with good quality fittings and no mess to clean up. Highly recommend Jack and the business; it’s a pity more tradesman weren’t as thorough as these people. Costing up front was wonderful for planning. Thanks Jack!!

Jack arrived promptly and dedicated himself to solving the problem. Jack found there was a leak in a pipe under our concrete path. Rather than cut out the concrete and having further repairs to do, Jack went above and beyond, crawling under the house, searching for a long while to find the buried pipe that led to the concrete path.

We greatly appreciated his effort as it spared us the cost and time of cutting and replacing a section of the concrete path, which also would not have looked a good match with the old path once repaired.
Jack gave lots of time to explain what he was doing and why, with great service. Much appreciated!

I have to give Jack 5 Stars , Very professional on how he explained what he was looking for and what he had to do when he worked out what the problem was, at the same time he explained how he would quote what had to be done. He went about his work very methodical and made sure the job was completed before he left and made sure we were happy with what he had done. Both My Wife and I will have no hesitation to call on FIX- IT RICHT PLUMBING when we require any Pluming that may have to be looked at.

Very happy with the service that was provided. My landlord called to get the hot water service looked at because it wasn’t working and someone came out straight away and helped fix what others in our area couldn’t figure out! Will highly recommend to all our friends and family.

My wife and I found Fix It Right Plumbing to be very professional. The service call was prompt and Joseph went about his work fixing our rather urgent problem hence avoiding a potential water flooding catastrophe in the kitchen. We highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing to be an organisation you can trust to do the job right first time with the minimum of fuss and with no waiting around for tradesmen to turn up "sometime the next day" This is so frustrating and wastes our time as well !
