I had bit of an issue at first with the quality of work, once i expressed my dissatisfaction the owner himself came out to make sure things were perfect. He didn't just "fix", he conquered. He came in and even offered to re-gas my A/C, i got that done.
I really appreciated how they came on time, actually cared about my feedback and paid attention to detail.
I don't think my experience could have turned out better.

Nathan was on time and in the morning we didn’t have to wait around . He was courteous explained everything to us really well . We would recommend this company and Nathan for their prompt service , keeping us informed and Nathan is a very nice person .

Great service and a competitive quote. Both Trent and Milard were professional and friendly. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard. Loved the check over of all our plumbing at the end of the service with some great recommendations of things to improve. I will definitely be using Hero Plumbing again

Efficient & Professional Service
Nathan and Trent were amazing - punctual, professional and efficient. They helped install my appliances and extended our waste pipes/hoses as needed. I'd definitely recommend the team at Hero plumbing!

Finally found an honest plumber
I highly recommend this company, for the following reasons;
I got a blocked sewage and hero plumbing came an hour later. Normally, I wait a week and the tradie doesn’t show. I’ve never had that quick response from any trade before. Adam, who arrived was really professional and very polite. Did everything possible to keep the price down. He kept trying so that I didn’t have to spend more money but ultimately my sewer pipes beat him. So he had to replace toilet which cost me more. Although it cost me more, I think the prices was still reasonable considering the effort he put in. They cleaned and serviced my gas heater about two years ago as well, same thing. On time, polite and price was good too.
Their reception/admin is very quick to respond as well so they don’t keep you waiting.

Excellent Service

Dealing with Hero Plumbing was such a disaster I will just provide a copy of the email I sent them for context. There is lot more I could talk about. Get a second quote, you might be surprised

I am absolutely devastated at your performance today. It's 6pm and you started at 7:30am and still not finished.
The Tiller has been a disaster. My place is like a rubbish tip. Dust everywhere, plants destroyed and just absolutely filthy, No drop cloth was put down and of course damaged the other bathroom.
It's really disgraceful how you treat paying customers actually any customers.
Anyway I've asked them to finish and leave. This has to be the worst experience I have encountered with a company like Hero Plumbing.
I will pay Milad when he is ready and then we are done. Please don't contact me.
I have no plans to deal with you again.
