Excellent

I cannot praise the team at Fittleworth highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always helped me if I have had a query, which is rare, but they have always been friendly and quickly helped me with regards to equipment for my dad. I never feel worried if I've had to contact them as they go above and beyond to assist and sort. Your staff and service you give are a credit to you and make me having to deal
with my dad's issues so much easier. Delivery is also on time and quick. Thank you Fittleworth team x

Fittleworthy !

Fittleworth have always provided me with a safe and prompt service, the fact I have been with them for over 8 years is testimony to that. All company's have hiccups from time to time, but 99% of the service runs smoothly, efficiently, and with excellent customer service. The

Excellent communications.

Excellent communications.
Always answer a call with politeness and kindness and it is special to be answered by a person rather than a 'bot'.
Staff are product knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.
Products which have had manufacturing defects have been replaced quickly and without any fuss.
Deliveries are usually swift and I have found DPD to be quite reliable.
In short I find that Fittleworth offer a most satisfactory service.

Excellent service once they have been…

Excellent service once they have been chased for the prescription that the GP has sent them, seems the system needs to monitored better to find prescriptions coming in and to action them faster.
Otherwise cannot fault customer service and the delivery process they use.

The staff are always helpful

The staff are always helpful, but the most annoying thing is sometimes when you ring you are waiting for 20mins or more on occasions. The staff are always helpful and my order has nearly always been spot on, if anything is wrong and you have to get in touch agthey will help anyway they can, so thank you. My order is delivered by DPD, which is annoying as they just bang on the door and are gone.

everything works like clockwork the…

everything works like clockwork the staff are polite and helpful the order is processed letting you know at every stage how its going DPD lets you know when they have the order then a day and time is given for delivery sadly the delivery drivers often leave the parcel on a doorstep quoting that its safely in your porch often they dont ring the doorbell or knock.

Guys...What's going wrong. ?

I've been using Fittlrworth for approx 10yrs or more for regular supplies of Catheters.
I left a review 3yrs ago complementing them on the quality service they provide, but unfortunately that service appears to have gone out of the window for the past Yr or so. I can't figure out where the issues arise from, wether it's Fittleworth, my own medical practice or whichever distribution centre they use. My last repeat prescription was totally cocked up and if it wasn't for one of Fittleworths sales personnel I wouldn't have recieved my order at all I dont think. So a big "Thank you" to Chris for going that extra mile to get me my order just in the nick of time. Communication seems to be a common factor in your problems Guys.

The team are extremely helpful and…

The team are extremely helpful and understanding, but the two weeks or more that it takes to get an order delivered is not helpful. I'm having to change myself daily and sometimes more often than that, so it's not always possible to predict my usage. Having a faster service would give me reassurances that I'm not going to run out of products. On more than one occasion I had to purchase through ebay or Amazon to ensure I had the necessary products to keep functioning as normal as possible.
