Compassionate service of the highest quality.

In all honesty I had never heard of Fittleworth before February 2026, nor was I aware that businesses offering this type of service existed. That of course all changed after surgery to remove my Sigmoid Colon Cancer, which required an unexpected Ileostomy which I hope to have reversed late Summer or early Autumn.
I worked in banking for well over 30 years, and throughout that time, customer service was the overriding measure for how we treated our customers, so believe me when I say that I am not easily impressed.
Fittleworth however have impressed me with their caring approach, knowledge, can do attitude and nothing is too much trouble approach on every single occasion that I have spoken to them.
Yes, there have been issues, but never of their making, with the vast majority stemming from GP surgery administration problems which Fittleworth have worked tirelessly to resolve.
At all times their calm, comforting approach has put me at ease, to the point where I find myself speaking freely about very personal health problems that I shy away from speaking to my wife of almost 40 years about.
I simply can't find a single negative thing about the service and support I have received, and neither can I single out an individual that I have spoken to because every member of staff are all equally wonderful.
So all I can say is a sincere, heart felt thank you to each and every person who I have spoken to over the last 3 months for going the extra mile to get orders out quickly, providing a wealth of excellent advice, and for suggesting no end of complimentary products which have made life easier.
I hope you can appreciate how much you have done to make an unexpected and extremely unpleasant situation much more bearable.

The response for my request to supply badly needed catheter bags was excellent. The attitude of the lass helping me was very professional and the advice given was practical and efficient. Every aspect of the service provided to me was marvellous, at a time I was recovering from major surgery. Thank you Fittleworths

Excellent support.

I have been a client of Fittleworth for a number of years now, and developed an excellent working relationship with Suzie who with her colleagues looks after me so well. I value her expertise and advice in advising me when my condition needs addressing. On the rare occasions when I need urgent help she is always there to help me get sorted. Hi FRITTLEWORTH team

Hi FRITTLEWORTH team , I feel compelled to write a review as my husband’s carer . There have been ongoing issues with his order , despite there being 12 (annually) prescriptions sent to you pre arranged by his GP . His condition will remain as will his requirements . There have been inconsistent deliveries ( two in one week ) incomplete orders sent out and staff have to chase up every time this happens and don’t have an explanation as to why ? orders are being dispatched before required and then an absence of orders on your system and this is becoming very tedious for the time spent liaising between FRITTLEWORTH and his GP ( and we have has many conversations and they repeatedly state it’s from FRITTLEWORTH) it’sbecoming a completely unacceptable , he has been a customer for almost 17 years and it was fine until about two years ago . Please get it right !!.

I am very much reliant on Fittleworths…

I am very much reliant on Fittleworths for delivering stoma supplies and as well as supplies for urinary catheterisation. These supplies are not only of excellent quality but are delivered in good time.
Whenever I have had a query, I have been able to obtain a reply by a friendly voice at the other end of the phone.

Great experience on the phone

Great experience on the phone, had a laugh with the operator. Easy order experience. The downside is that however many times I try and order on line over several years the hub just buffers and fails. Please get that sorted.

Trustworthy and reliable

I have used this company since day one based on the hospital and doctors recommendation. They supply pre cut with wipes and sprays, the company always informs me of delivery time etc if you are new to this company they are reliable and consistent

Your service is very good but i feel…

Your service is very good but i feel you need to look at the delivery side with Dpd, not for the first time my elderly father who is not very mobile takes time to answer the door has had issues, i always request on their app that they allow time for him to answer,however recently they do not wait even though i have told them he is housebound and will always be at home, maybe your customer service desk could also notify Dpd when you are made aware that a particular delivery needs to be handled differently.

Excellent service and product quality but....

The ordering and delivery process is excellent since the introduction of the Fittlehub. The product quality is excellent. However I am disappointed at the redesign of my stoma bag. The new design is more bulky and less discrete than the previous design which I found to be perfect.

Terrible - don’t bother

Terrible, online ordering doesn’t work despite phoning them twice to sort out the issue. I don’t want to phone in an order. When i did phone to order, i had to wait 10 minutes before anyone answered. Didn’t receive order in 2 weeks, was told, they didn’t know that my order was to be placed straight away. What??

Great service for Alistair

I have given 5 stars because…

I have given 5 stars because Fittleworth customer service is excellent. However, I agree with Carol Couzins about the awful delivery boxes. They are invariably battered and torn. Too big for the contents and, as a consequence stuffed with wasted packaging. This is difficult to dispose of and the box itself cumbersome to manage.
