The ordering process was seamless and delivery was swift. Placed the order on a Friday and received the equipment the following Monday. Delivery guys were friendly, professional, and overall fantastic. The new equipment (leg extension/curl machine) was delivered without issue and is working great. Great company to obtain exercise equipment - professional, friendly and customer service focused. Great job!

Good range of strength and cardio products, saved a few hundred

Super helpful during the pandemic when everything shut down. I ordered my equipment early before everything shut down. It took a bit longer since the state it was shipping from was closed down and was at risk of taking much longer or not come at all. They were able to secure my equipment and ship out what they could, following up to make sure that the rest shipped when available. Love the equipment too!

My Cybex stepper is perfect. The delivery men said they’d never delivered anything that was packaged so well.

I have recently been to the Metro centre store, to get advice on the equipment they stock / sell. I was dealt with by Mark Welling who was excellent, he was able to offer me great advice and I was able to buy the dumbbells and bench that suited my specific needs. I will definitely use again, and would recommend to others

I bought a remanufactured Precor EFX 835 Elliptical Crosstrainer from Fitness Superstore, about a month ago. I waited about a month to write this review to make sure all things with the machine were perfect. Indeed, the machine has worked beautifully. Smooth, reliable. I used these machines at the gym, all the time. The one I got from Fitness Superstore is the smoothest one I have ever used.

I love buying refurbished equipment because of the $$ I save. However, I sometimes worry about the quality of the product. This time around, working with Tim at Fitness Superstore, I know that I am not only getting a good deal, but I am working with an honest team that delivers a high-quality product!! From pre-purchase questions all the way through to delivery and setup, I couldn't be happier!

Being from Canada I had concerns making a big purchase on fitness equipment with a company I wasn't familiar with. I have to say that Tim French and the others from Fitness Superstore exceed a 5 star rating! I thought my refurbished Stairmaster was brand new when it arrived! I use it every day and it's one of the best purchase decisions I've made. Very happy customer!

I have been extremely satisfied and thoroughly impressed by CEO Tim French, and all of the staff whom I have communicated with, while purchasing a remanufactured Octane Fitness XT-One elliptical. This is a high-end cardio machine that many fitness fanatics and Gym owners would place near the pinnacle of perfection, ...(with a price tag to match).

In fact, prior to making the purchase, I was unable to even locate a Gym in Columbus, Georgia that was equipped with the XT-One, for the purpose of trying it first. You Tube videos, sales brochures and the occasional user review, sold me on the unit. The next challenge was affordability.

After making contact with some “sketchy” retailers on eBay, whom had received problematic feedback and had misrepresented their units with deceptive photos, I discovered the online ads for Fitness Superstore in Benicia, California. The embedded video showing the remanufacturing process, was very confidence-inspiring, and the prices listed for strength training equipment, were consistently reasonable.

The quality of the descriptive equipment listings, photographs, and accuracy of the technical specs, convinced me that I was noticing the characteristics of a first-rate company, whose warranty coverage reflected the scope and quality of their refurbishment procedures.

I really wanted to put the XT-One in my online ‘shopping cart’ and immediately head for Checkout, ...but honestly, I was between $500-750 over budget, (thus, spouse approval-quotient). MSRP on a new unit, is $13K. The remanufactured unit was listed at one third of that figure. What to do...?

I have a well-equipped home fitness center, that far exceeds what’s found in 5-star Hotels, and is comparable to many small Gyms and Personal Training Studios. I was only able to achieve this, by accumulating my equipment over a period of many years, usually buying preowned.

I attempted to interest Tim in a partial trade of my existing Octane Fitness XR6ce recumbent elliptical and my Body Solid EXMS 4 stack multi-gym, but with each proposal, Tim politely and patiently declined, citing prohibitive shipping costs.

I finally noticed a curious feature on the website: ‘Discount Coupon?’. I contacted the company and Tim French explained that First Responders, Active Military and Veterans are eligible for a discount. The extraordinary responsiveness and patience exhibited by Tim French, was beyond expectation. He answered my email after hours, …on a weekend!

The discount allowed me to justify exceeding the budget by a smaller margin, and committed to the purchase. Home delivery, is where Tim, naturally ...had no ability to directly influence what would happen... Jeez! The delivery team lost their grasp of the 400 lb elliptical, allowing it to free-fall on my garage floor, impacting its left side. I could go on about this unanticipated incident, but I’ll spare my blood pressure.

Happy ending: After sending photos of the left side’s scraped and scratched powder coat finish, and cracked moving arm cosmetic cover, Tim dispatched his Service Department Chief, to do whatever it takes, to restore the unit to pre-damage condition, and ensure full electrical program and entertainment functionality. They offered to send a fitness equipment tech to my home, to perform the cosmetic finish restoration, but I was content with matching spray paint and the new moving arm cover.

I received numerous follow-up emails and phone calls from Sales, Warranty department, and Maintenance Tech personnel. All individuals were polite and professional.

Lastly, I MUST mention that when the XT-One arrived, I was puzzled, because it didn’t exactly match the description of the purchase order. (…the unit EXCEEDED that). It was shipped with an unrequested, bonus-value feature. A large PVS (Personal Viewing Screen) had been mounted above the specified console I had paid for. The huge video monitor housing, is a $1300.00 optional add-on!

I just bought a refurbrished Life Fitness bike from Fitness Suoerstore like the one I use at my gym. The bike is like brand new. Tim and his team are "on it"--great responsiveness and very nice people people to work with. Less than two weeks from the time of my first call-, they delivered the bike. I highly recommend this crew!

My equipment shipped as predicted and arrived on-time. It was well prepared for shipment and arrived without damage.

The equipment itself works fine out of the box and looks new, with a few barely discernable exceptions. This particular machine is no longer available from LifeFitness, so this is a big win for me.

I had major reservations making a purchase of this size sight unseen from a company so far away, but it's worked out perfectly. Fitness Superstore has fulfilled their promises with total professionalism.

Kudos to the team.

I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy! I've been recommending Fitness Superstore to everyone ever since.

Thanks again for your outstanding service, follow up and above and beyond to make our purchase successful. It seems rare these days to find good customer service and I will say that Tim French and everyone on his team at Fitness Superstore truly went above and beyond in their service, their communication and their desire to make their customers happy. I had some details I wanted checked out on a treadmill I purchased and they sent out the best techinician to not only look at the machine but to fully reinspect it, recalibrate it and test every possible thing on it to make sure that it was perfect after delivery (and at no charge to me)...I will forever be a customer here for all my fitness equipment due to their above and beyond excellent customer service. I have just purchased a Cross Trainer in the Gloucester branch.
As we walked into the store, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by Peter Dalton and his college.
Peter offered his assistance and without being pushy, he gave us information of the different Cross Trainers and other equipment in the Shop.
I found Peter to be extremely knowledgeable of all the the products in store and online. He gave us valuable information, very attentive, courteous and above all, most professional.

Bought an Arc trainer a couple of months ago. Everything went as promised. Machine is in good shape, and they've been responsive after the fact to a couple of questions I've had.

Purchased a spin bike today from the Tunbridge Wells store. Was given expert advice on the models we were looking at. Given the time to look and try them out. No pressure to buy. Ricky was great and very professional. Able to answer all of the questions we had and there were quite a few. Great purchase and very happy with the service we received.

Seamless buying experience. Equipment was delivered in a timely fashion and in prime condition. Installation and delivery went smoothly, with all packaging carted away.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to include a maintenance guide for the equipment.
