The primary challenge in this experience involved the final-mile delivery process. A customer delivery was requested between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but the shipment was ultimately delayed until approximately 6:00 p.m. This significantly impacted my installation schedule, prevented the customer's delivery from being completed as planned, and required the appointment to be rescheduled. As an independent service provider, delays of this nature create scheduling conflicts, additional travel costs, lost productivity, and inconvenience for both the customer and the installer.

To Fitness Superstore's credit, they explained that final routing is determined by the local freight carrier and that unforeseen operational issues can occasionally occur. While I understand that these situations are not always within their direct control, there is an opportunity to further strengthen the customer experience by working with carriers to improve appointment reliability and communication when delays occur.

Overall, Fitness Superstore has been a professional company to work with, and I appreciate their willingness to communicate throughout the process. Continued improvements in transportation coordination and delivery scheduling would help ensure a smoother experience for customers and installation partners alike.

The Fitness Superstore always delivers! We've built out our company fitness center utilizing the collaborative relationship with the Fitness Superstore. All their employees are highly engaged, prompt in responding, and courteous. Communication is frequent and their pricing is very competitive. All equipment ordered in each instance has come damage free. Will use them again.

Every aspect of my experience with the Fitness Superstore has been superior from start to finish. First and foremost, the folks at the Fitness Superstore are highly professional. It was easy to deal with them each and every step of the way from sales to their technical support staff to their Customer Service Department. Second, their pricing is extremely competitive for a "remanufactured" device. What I received was precisely as described and in the promised condition that was shown on their website. Additionally, their local installation specialist carried my NuStep TRS 4000 to the 3rd floor of my home and assembled it properly. Last, when it turned out that a minor accessory that I had ordered had not been included in the original shipment, they had it delivered to my home by express mail and installed the next day. During each and every step along the way, from ordering the equipment to its installation, has been handled in a highly professional manner. My delivery went incredibly smoothly and I now have my favorite machine. And this transaction started in California and ended in Florida. A long journey where much could have gone wrong. Nothing did! Highly reliable with a committed and competent workforce company I would recommend to anyone.

We recently purchased an 'old' Stairmaster 4000. It arrived fairly quickly and was delivered and set up in the basement. We used it for a few days but then encountered a problem. The Fitness Superstore responded to our e-mail within one day and we had a technician out to the house promptly. He fixed the problem (free to us) and was on his way. The Stairmaster works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Precor EFX 635 Elliptical for my personal use a few months back and waited to write this review until all was ordered received and running. Always am a bit leery about making a big purchase on-line sight unseen and I am the type of person who does tons of research and asks a million questions. It took me a month to make the final decision to move forward. The key reason for my decision was my salesperson. No matter how many times I called or emailed or how many questions I asked, I felt like I was the only customer they had. My primary contact was incredible. She patiently answered my questions and if she did not know the answer, she would knock over buildings to fine it for me. I went from skittish to 100% sold and knew when I made the purchase, this company truly valued my business and me. This is when the next level of service kicked in. I started to receive emails thanking me for the business, sending me delivery updates all the way until the delivery was completed. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore! The delivery was on time and professionally handled. I had a few setup questions and received the same service as day one. You will never go wrong with your choice to purchase from Fitness Super Store. There were at least five people I worked with through the whole process and I would love to send my thanks to them for making this such a great experience.
