Very pleasant experience with Fitness Superstore. The customer service team was in constant contact with me during the whole transaction process, from original online purchase to the installation and delivery weeks later. Highly recommended.

I have zero idea how this place has received 5 stars. We ordered 4 pieces of equipment based on their website video claiming to "re-manufacture". This is false advertising at it's best. Only one of the four pieces was in the expected condition when it arrived. We ordered in March and the company has finally agreed to refund our money on a Stairmaster Gauntlet that we have been unable to use. When the repair technician tool the side panels off, all of the parts were corroded, filthy, and the machine keeps shorting out. The first set of replacement parts didn't fix the problem and the second part sent out was broken. There is no way this machine was even inspected, much less re-manufactured. It has been a giant eye-sore in the gym for 2 months now. Their customer service is friendly and tells you what you want to hear, but you are not getting what they advertise. We paid more because we thought we were getting more. NOT SO!

UPDATE (1/2/2024): While I stand behind my original review, I have upgraded them to 3 stars simply because the owner of the company contacted me personally and followed through until the situation was remedied. They finally replaced the junk machine, offered extended warranties on my remaining pieces, and gave us a nice credit toward another machine. I used the credit and received a machine that was the quality I expected.

It is a promote and efficient reply from the Fitness Superstore group when I am missing myself to source a model NOT available in my country! Unforgettable to visiting it's official website. It is Five Star+, and you can feel the careful support when you place an order. Wish to buy fitness equipment from this company in future. Thank you so much.

I had questions regarding the FFB Black Leverage Squat machine, and the costumer service was by far the best I have ever had from a company online. I was trying to decide between 2 machines and being able to get the answers I needed quickly definitely made my decision for me. Once I purchased the machine, I was updated via email about the tracking 100% of the way, it only took @2 weeks for delivery (if that). The assembly of this machine wasn't hard at all (I will say this... Figure out which bolts and washers are which they are NOT labeled) and the packing of each individual piece... Hands down the BEST packing I have ever seen (I think it took just as long to unpack each piece as it did to assemble the whole unit lol). I've only used the machine twice since receiving it and I absolutely love it!! I can finally get back to pain free knees when I squat super deep, and I can also add reverse lunges back into my leg routine!! I'm 6' tall and I have no problem when I'm fully extended ready to squat (both using the angles foot plate and the flat plate on the floor). The calf raise bar, with a size 13 shoe I can still get a stretch going down, but not as deep as I like... However no problem at all with the stretch raising (again I'm 6'). The motion of the machine is silky smooth and whisper quiet.

Visited the Gateshead site, staff (Mark) support and knowledge was excellent and attitude was very warm. Kit available to test was extensive ad helped in making the right choice

I had a very pleasant experience at the Meadowhall store in Sheffield, served by Sarah (11825057)) who helped me find the right dumbbells and kettlebells at the right price, even helped me get all of it to my car on the parking. Helpful people and a very decent selection of items at all prices, from budget to premium.

Fitness Superstore is a legit, honest company that has superior customer service. Prior to any purchases I make I do an obsessive amount of research. I was wanting a remanufactured Matrix Climbmill as I didn’t want to take the chance of buying used or refurbished and buying new wasn’t an option. Finding a company online to purchase a remanufactured piece of exercise equipment over $5500 was a huge risk and through my research I was startled to find many scam companies. I actually found more scams than I found real. My research kept me coming back to Fitness Superstore as they appeared the most legit with the best cost and customer service so I took the risk and spent over $7,500 on a remanufactured Matrix C7xi Climbmill and a Viking Rower and after all is said and done I am happy to give this company 5 stars. Were they perfect? No, there were a couple minor things along the way but any errors were quickly remedied and made up for by their stellar customer service. The minor issues included; They didn’t send the mat for the rower with the rower, instead they planned on sending it with the climbmill, however, the climbmill wasn’t scheduled to be shipped for an additional month after the rower which didn’t make sense as I wanted to use the rower immediately. 1 quick email and they quickly realized the error in that process and shipped it overnight. The climbmill arrived close to their estimate in immaculate condition, extremely well packed in a crate, seriously, no one could tell this was used except for the wheels that it rolled on to be moved, which I could care less about. The sweat tray was missing and again 1 quick message and they corrected it immediately, apologized for the error and sent it out. So, for all those obsessive researchers out there - look no further. Use this company, they are human and not perfect, but the best you will likely find and people you can trust. Through the entire process I likely sent them around 20 emails and every time they got back to me immediately answering all of my questions and concerns without a hint of irritation. It is rare to find people anymore that take pride in what they do but that is my assessment of the individuals that work there. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

What a great machine. This gym does virtually anything you can do in an actual gym. The gym arrived on time, it was packaged well and it took me about 5 hours to fully assemble. I had a few scratches from assembly and the manufacturer shipped me free touch up paint without hesitation. Great service, great products, and great overall experience.

Purchase was easy and it was easy fore to pick up my equipment... staff help load the product in my car and I was out in less than 10 min...

Went to Fitness Superstore Sheffield to view treadmills & was assisted by store Manager Justin Logan. It was very good to have a one to one conversation in person and to be advised on the different models available and which would be best suited to our needs, it means a lot when we know very little on the matter. Justin was most welcoming, helpful and even let us try them out, after which we made a there and then purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Team did a great job - from start to finish...very reliable. Equipment works great. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Delivered equipment faster than expected!

The Olympic plate tree has worked out fantastic. We have many plates and bars that need to be kept somewhere nicely and this is a perfect fit. Very durable and has a professional look to it.

Purchased the FRS90 and it is awesome! It took about 12 hours to put together (the instructions aren’t the greatest), but it has been very well worth it. It is SOLID! There’s no shaking or vibrations as you use the smith machine.

With most of the accessories purchased (Including Olympic bar with free weights), you can work out every body part / group without going to a gym.

Wide selection of fitness equipment. I purchased a top notch machine for targeting the quads. The sissy squat machine by Body-Solid. Does not take up a large footprint which is what i needed for my home gym. It's built solid, and I feel secure when performing the exercises. Would definitely order from this store again, as they offer the best brands at the best prices.

I have been impressed with Fitness Superstore desire to fulfill all my expectations and then some. They kept me in the loop about delivery. They jumped right on a small issue with my new equipment. Then they made sure I was 100% satisfied. When I told them of a small displeasure I had, they immediately fixed that as well. Highly recommend!

My Body Solid P2X home gym arrived as expected. Packing was done well and no parts where broken or damaged. The assembly instructions were detailed. I took my time in putting it together so it took about a total of 6 hours. I am very pleased with my purchase and enjoying my workouts.
