Julian was a great help. We knew we wanted a treadmill but didn't know where to start, and Julian walked us through the options and the pros and cons of each unit, while also keeping in mind our requirements. We managed to arrange a prompt delivery and I cannot wait to receive the treadmill and get going!

Great staff in branch, great selection
Popped in just for a browse as was half considering upgrading from a simple bench press to a power rack in our home gym.
Chris was extremely helpful, gave me the options and lots of info but with no pressure at all. Got home, measured up, thought about it and was pleased to go ahead with the purchase, which was all very easily done and at a competitive price.
Looking forward to delivery and getting stuck in!

Tunbridge Wells purchase
I recently visited the Tunbridge Wells store and spoke with Ricky who talked me through the different models of treadmills and their specs.
He emailed the details of 3 treadmills that I was interested in including pricing, dimensions and app connectivity.
I purchased the Titan Atlas treadmill which so far, we have been very pleased with. It is a solid and sturdy piece of kit and very quiet when in use.

This is a fantastic store
This is a fantastic store - we travelled down to look at benches and thought we had a good idea of which one we wanted. After seeing them in the store and with the help of Julian (who was brilliant), we chose something completely different and much more suited to what we needed. The bench has now been in place at home for a couple of weeks and is getting a lot of use. Would highly recommend this store and Julian.

Machine falling apart after first month
Was initially impressed with the smith machine multigym I bought and paid for the installation but after 1 month the machine is falling apart with the cable lock in mechanism derailed fully one side and the otherside looks close to going as well. The tension of smith machine bar going lopsided when taking off the plates even with only 5kg plates. It hasn't even had much use and fallen apart already! Apprehensive working out now in case the machine falls apart on me working out, extremely disappointed!
