Great buying experience
Went to try gym bike similar to the life fitness ones in pure gym and was met by Nathan who after listening to my needs led me to a row of bikes without mentioning price just the features on them then said spend as much time trying them no hard sell time to reach my own decision. I asked about the one I felt most comfortable on a Sole with many good useful features. His knowledge of the product and company were enlightened so I purchased it with matt delivery installation all within an hour or so he has since emailed me to double check the delivery date. Nathan was a good knowledgeable person to deal with and not pressured to buy. 5star

I was looking to buy an exercise bike and I spoke to Lee Dean over the phone. Lee sent me a link to several specific models which matched my requirements and I subsequently ordered one.
