I found Lee to be knowledgeable and he understood my requirements of a treadmill so ordered it within a few minutes.
Delivery, and removal of the old one, was smooth and prompt.
Having tried and failed to find out how to change the display from metric to imperial I asked Lee who must have scoured the handbook to find it and came back quickly with the solution.

Great advice given and very helpful. Good range of stock to look at in the shop to help us decide. Would recommend.

This is my second time usimg fitness superstore manchester and again they didn't disappoint. James explained everything i needed to know and i also got a great deal. They don't just try to sell you the most expensive thing they take the time to find out exactly what you are using it for and advise you on which models are best. To be honest i wouldn't use anywhere else for purchasing my gym machines i will always go back to fitness superstore

Just had my garage renovated and turned into my new gym, so I visited Fitness Superstore near the Trafford Centre. I was looked after by James, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the pros and cons of the different cross trainers and treadmills.

We also sat down and discussed pricing, but before any of that, I made it clear that I wasn’t ready to buy yet because my garage wasn’t finished. That wasn’t a problem at all, and James still happily spent around 20 minutes helping me without any pressure.

After doing my research, I decided on the models that suited me best. Two months later, once the garage was ready, I returned to the store. Not only did James remember me, but he also managed to get me an even better deal.

I placed the order on Monday, and by Wednesday both machines had been delivered and assembled. On Thursday, I noticed a knocking noise coming from the cross trainer. I filled out an online form and uploaded a video of the issue through the company’s website. The very next day, I was informed that an engineer would be with me first thing on Monday—and they were. Within 30 minutes, the problem was fixed, and I was back training, noise-free.

When James said their service was second to none, he wasn’t exaggerating. From the initial visit to after-sales support, the experience has been excellent throughout.

I would highly recommend Fitness Superstore, and if you visit the Trafford branch, ask for James.

We’ve been mulling buying a multi gym for a few weeks but it had to suit both Marion’s & my needs. She’s 5’5 & me 6’4’. Lee was easy to talk to & led us to the unit we’d come to see but also showed us the alternatives. He offered an opinion as to suitability when considering both our body types he was right. Plus, his choice for us was more cost viable when adding the leg press unit. He wasn’t pushy & absolutely vindicated us wanting to visit the store rather than just buy semi blind from the internet. Really reassuring in store (Manchester Snow Centre) experience from Lee. Communication was great with Northampton on the requirements for the install side of things. Tommy & Josh equipment installers arrived slightly ahead of time at 6.55am. Ouch! But at least it was all fitted by 09.30am. Professional & friendly, I instantly got on with them. Credit to both, they came from Northampton which meant a very early start. I’d filled the questionnaire & provided a video of our layout, which allowed for a smooth start to the process. Brief discussion on multi gym build & off they went. Drinks provided I left them to it at 7.10am. By 9.25am it was built & they were on their way. Close to a record maybe? They clearly enjoy their work. If I’d decided to build it myself it’d have taken all day. Great service & equipment for the price. All done with a smile from the moment we went to the Snow Centre. Well done Fitness Superstore.

Efficient, friendly, reliable service. Knowledgeable staff very keen to help and talk through all options. Excellent selection of ellipticals to review. Goods delivered as planned. Have used Fitness Superstore before, but not the Manchester branch. Would definitely return.

Lee was fantastic, great advice and support. I’m a regular gym goer but by no means an expert, he really helped me to understand the pros and cons of the equipment. Also helped me with the right sale discounts which given the product was a few thousand, that really helped. Thanks

We visited the store to purchase a treadmill. Lee talked us through/ showed us the options and allowed me to try them out. This was key in our choice as it allowed us to experience the programmes and robustness of the machines and to make an informed decision. He stayed in the background whist we made our decision and wasn’t at all pushy. All in all a good experience.

I’ve been purchasing all my equipment over the past 6 years with fitness superstore, for private and business use and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. James and team have looked after me even giving honest opinions which I think is vital especially if the equipment is a high purchase. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks guys
