After going in the bank to discuss an email that I received about my CD's, I left knowing that Dave had my best interest in mind and felt well taken care.

Nicole and Eureka went out of their way to help me recover $3000 from Venmo. Nicole followed up on a regular basis to check on the status. Nicole deserves a "gold star" and maybe a raise. At least, both of these ladies should be recognized for outstanding customer service. We've been members since 1975 and feel valued because of people like Nicole and Eureka -- they are amazing representatives for First Tech.

Great service and customer attention
Great service and customer attention. I called with a few questions and was helped immediately and the rep (David) even followed up with helpful information over the email. I'd recommend First Tech. Credit unions are the way to go.

I’ve been a member for 36 years
I’ve been a member for 36 years. I have always liked FT from the beginning. I always wondered why people still use banks!
Today is another example. I had a need and they delighted me by offering a solution I was unaware of. It’s a great organization. I’ll never leave.

The First Tech premier financial representative has made my banking experience seamless, reducing the friction which comes with trustworthy financial moves online for security. My representative AJ Huy has made everything easy for me. I just have to ask a question and I get trustworthy advice and things get done to my satisfaction. This has covered everything from renewal of CDs to how to raise my NCUA coverage limits. This is a very valuable service!

Savings Reward Account
The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my questions. He also told me I would be better with a Rewards Savings Account rather than a regular one and was able to do that for me. He also was very kind and helpful.

Everything went very well
Everything went very well, especially since my left ear is almost useless, but it's the only one I can use for the telephone. I'm right handed & can't do anything via left hand... except hold the phone. ;-)
Natasha is one most helpful assistant that I'll always seek. She knows how to access & utilize all the important information.
I've been a member of First Tech CU since I was an employee of Tektronics some 70+ years ago when it was known under a predecessor name. No plan to change this association, ever.

Cara was very helpful with my immediate deposit questions. She also checked my other accounts and corrected a mis-configuration preventing the correct interest rate being provided each month.

My Financial Solutions Representative, Francisco Bustos, reached out to welcome me to the credit union, and was extremely warm and helpful. Top Notch Customer Service
It seems a rarity these days to be able to call customer support and (1) actually speak with a live person and (2) the service representative actually resolves your issue! The representative was able to answer all of my questions regarding First Tech’s Share Certificate promo and help me get the account opened and funded.
