I had a very smooth and hassle-free experience opening my account. The entire process was straightforward, intuitive, and completed in a short amount of time. Francisco did an amazing job helping me with my new accounts over the phone today I give him a five star hands-down
Francisco helped me tremendously with my new account today over the phone. He provided step-by-step guidance on how to complete and be able to access my online banking. Francisco is very professional and extremely polite and I really appreciate his customer service approach and how he handled the whole entire call today. He did an excellent job thank you so much. Cashback on loans doesn't work as described
Evelyn was helpful with entering my issue of not getting the loan cashback reward, but FirstTech can't seem to get this working.
So, if you are using rewards checking and expecting the 0.5% loan cashback, check your statement and make sure you are receiving it.
They missed the rebate again in August and I'm having to make another request to get it fixed. It's < $10/month but it's frustrating to have to monitor this myself.
