Don't waste your time trying to open up an account with First Tech Federal Credit Union because I just applied for a multi-purpose loan which was a debt consolidation loan and a balance transfer loan to see if I would get approved for one of the other Unfortunately they declined me and I make good money over 250,000 a year and I'm a nurse and I have good credit and they declined me because I'm trying to do a debt consolidation I would never waste my time with First Tech and I will always give a bad review because you guys are not there to help the members you're there to pocket the money yourself and I can't stand you

My car payments were made current & should’ve been ready for pick up Wednesday the 10th. Some how they moved my car without notice knowing I made my payments & was cooperating the whole week prior. I don’t understand why first tech gave the okay to the car so if can be moved . Again since my payments were already made current. There should be no excuse for the car not to be in my possession by now ; as you guys breached the contract . Now I have to miss a day of work & waste more just to get my car that should’ve never left town in the first place . The tow company was waiting for confirmation from the bank so the car can be released instead they take the car to Manheim .

I was unable to reach an agent when I needed one. What? Do these people think the business day ends? Ever? This organization's customers require 24 hr support yet this organization does not provide it.

making it to a person, after 0 help of the automated system, I was connected to a person by the name of Leah, who was very helpful. The bot got me in a tizzy and Leah’s calm demeanor and compassion led me to the resolution I needed for today. Which was depositing a check.
