Kyle Morris, Corvallis Financial Solutions Representative II gives personalized attention and solutions to whatever problems I may have with online banking or with questions about my accounts. Kyle is genuine and personable. He makes himself available by phone,email, or in person by appointment . I am a long time member of this credit union and Kyle delivers the type of excellent service I have known over the years at First Tech.

I came in for a quick withdrawal and I met with Sarah Agle who was so informative, and helpful. Her knowledge in directing me on better rates for my monies in my two savings accounts was over the top amazing. She took time to make sure I understood the value of opening a CD.

I easily scheduled an appointment online, and then I quickly received a follow-up call to clarify my needs and timeline. The representative I spoke with, both on the phone and at the branch, was Kyle Morris. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I would highly recommend Kyle and FTFCU to others.

We had five questions in mind when we scheduled our appointment with Kyle Morris. He provided helpful and thorough answers to all five.
Then he offered us more information, telling us about different types of accounts that would be advantageous to us. We agreed, and he got them all set up for us.
The icing on the cake was when we learned from Kyle that our credit card had been earning rewards points, of which we had not been aware before. Turns out our rewards balance was over $80. Woot woot!

First Tech has been outstanding for me after moving to Oregon. Another credit union that I started with first proved difficult to worth with even setting up something as simple as automated payments. Kyle was efficient and friendly setting up my account and has been excellent with all my needs. Highly recommended.

Lenore warmly welcomed me and introduced me to Sarah Mae after I explained my need for help. Sarah Mae explained things to me as a layperson, and I felt competent in my level of understanding. This is unusual for me as I'm learning about new investment strategies.
