Great banking experience
I recently had an appointment with Sarah Mae Agle, and she was very quick to answer my questions and help me with my accounts. She was also very friendly, and I would definitely recommend working with her and banking at First Tech.

Walked in the door at 4: 55p on a Friday. I was greeted by Kyle Morris, he immediately understood the significance of my issue. he called people directly to get help. When he couldn't help. He handed it to Sarah Mae who also understood the severity of the issue and immediately contacted people via an internal computer program that could help. Everything was resolved within 10 minutes and they were both incredibly kind and effective!!!

First Tech is a credit union my family and I trust!! The staff is always kind and attentive without exception! Sarah Mae is one of my favorites, and I light up when I get to work with her! Banking is supposed to be boring, but she makes it fun and even exciting!! We highly value this branch!!

Liv explained everything dealing with best place to deposit my money. He was very patient and helpful.

Kyle Morris Rocks!
Working with Kyle Morris was a pleasure! He was very informative, very helpful and very patient with me. He answered all my questions, even if it took several times before I understood what he was telling me (I'm very tech challenged). I left the bank knowing this was somewhere that I would be comfortable going back to time & time again.

Hacked bank accounts
When I arrived at the CU I had just discovered that my bank accounts had been hacked into. I was very rattled and filled with anxiety and fear. I met with Lev Silberstein, sharing with him my situation and my fears. Lev was very calming and patient and a good listener. He was very helpful getting my accounts in order and secure, and he was reassuring as he walked through next steps with me. He explained things well and patiently answered all my many questions. Thanks to Lev, I left the credit union feeling grateful, calm and confident and with a solid plan moving forward! I would feel confident and grateful to work with Lev for any of my future concerns or account needs! Thank you Lev!
