I've been with First Tech for over 30 years, just recently retired and was needing professional advise on how to consolidate all my accounts. I met with Hashim told him what I needed, he immediately had me meet with Jason who then setup an appt for me to meet with Chad. Excellent customer service
First of all, I am a senior citizen. I am the authorized representative on an account for my disabled son who continues to talk in the background and doesn’t let me concentrate on the topic I called regarding his account. She was amazing, kind, patient with us both. You hired an excellent representative.

The credit union customer representative was immediately available and professional, able to discuss my banking needs. With the information, I was able to make a critical banking/investment decision by hearing the bank could handle my request. The bank is one of the largest credit unions in the US and has offices across the US. They are forward thinkers

Ms Phu's excellent service.
Ms. Phu was very helpful in resolving all the problems I had with the banking fraud incident I had last week. She also set up a new account to transfer my old account to the new one and was able to get into my online banking once everything was cleared a processed. I was very impressed with the service I got.

I called the 1-800 number for First…
I called the 1-800 number for First Tech and got a real person within seconds. The support person walked through my question very efficiently and we got to the bottom of my issue after some going back and forth. I am a Guardian and was unable to login using my own login. Then when we solved my issue, she made a suggestion on my account to get me a higher interest rate by changing my checking accounts to First Rewards Checking. Great interaction.
