Carlos knows his stuff
Carlos helped me out. My debit card did not seem to work and he was able to issue me a new card from the branch instantly. Made sure that it worked, and I was on my way.

I received an email that a request was…
I received an email that a request was made to change my debit card or credit card to a digital wallet. I did not request this and called First Tech to get help. Brie answered the call and helped me get a new card on the way to avoid any fraud on my account. Thanks, Brie!!

The Call We Didn’t Want to End
We called in needing help and assuming it would be just another stressful and frustrating call to a corporate office. However, Jose answered and walked us through the steps of how to resolve it. He was able to not only fix the problem but walk us through how to avoid it in the future!
He was such a delight to talk to that I think I was almost sad the issue was resolved and we had to end the call!!
