I think that your automated phone…
I think that your automated phone service is hard to navigate. Options are vague and seem to go in circles. I had to go into the branch for help, where the person in finance was helpful.

BEWARE-Says Soft Pull but will Pull a Hard Inquiry
Beware of this credit union. They offer the "ability" to check your rate for a personal loan with no affect to your credit (soft pull). Low and Behold, I try and immediately get an alert that my credit report was pulled (hard pull) without my authorization. They refuse to correct their error and I will seek to folllow up under the FCRA
