it took more than 2 weeks for Evri to deliver.Them the parcel was thrown over the gate of put gated community...even though there was a trade button to enter. the parcel was torn and there were only 3 bulbs in the packet. I don't think I should order online again... I must try and find a shop that sells them.

First time purchase and very impressed with their customer service. The price of the floor light was probably the best I found. Easy to order on line and a speedy safe delivery exactly when they said it would arrive. No hesitation in recommending them.

Good customer service through email but long wait for item collection which really makes the refurbishment difficult for us. I am disappointed:(

The ceiling lights looked lovely in the photo and I'm so pleased with them, they look great! Ordering and delivery were fuss free and I will buy from this company again.

Unfortunately due to courier issues one of the boxes and one of the lights was damaged.
Emailed company and a very helpful lady sorted out the issue for me straight away with a replacement. Even offered her own phone number so I could send video of the fault.
Just waiting for replacement to arrive now.

The item arrived quite on time and was well handled in transit.

Pretty light shade. Accurate description and sizing. A bit fiddly to put together . I only hand tightened the fittings in case the plastic cracked.The best bulb to use is LED cool white. Very pleased with this shiny shade, it arrived on time and was well packed.

Great choice of lamps and competitively priced. I love my green bobble lamp and have just ordered another for my friend as a gift.
