Firstcarclub Recensioni

Very good to deal with. Adam was very helpful. The car was as described. I have only owned it 2 days and so far it is going well. FCC is good to deal with and if my experience is anything to go by you will not have any problems

Came down from Scotland to pickup a 135i. Car was in good condition and on the day was given 2 new tyres to help get us up the road safely. Guy couldn't have been any better with us, went out his way to make sure the car was ready and sorted. Would fully recommend and will be coming back for my next car.

Simple easy straightforward purchase with no hassle. Purchased a 12 year old car and it was as described when delivered.
Would use again based on experience with this purchase

Bought a wonderful VW Polo 2011 with FSH from the a main VW dealer. Communication with Adam was excellent, he was very enthusiatic and told the backstory regarding the car. He said that he will get a driver to delivery the car on the same day. When the driver cancelled, Adam very kindly delivered the car himself ( a 2hr drive). This gave me a chance to meet him, he is is very passionate about his job and providing great customer service. The car looked great and so far very happy with it, would recommend this company.

My experience with First Car Club was positive, Adam was very personable and helpful, the car was immaculately clean and they also topped up the air-con and a full year MOT. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

From start to finish a very easy and professional experience. I found Adam to be very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest about the car. Extremely happy with our purchase for our daughter. Would highly recommend.

This was a first car purchase for our Son. Very happy with the vehicle and price. Any issues found during test drive where dealt with on the day. Sales advise and knowledge of the vehicle excellent, very helpful with registration and taxing also. Would recommend buying from this dealer. Warranty cover an added bonus.

Very straightforward transaction, really helpful and a good price. Thanks again.

I can only say positive things!!
We had some issues with my daughter’s car after purchase, we approached first car club for support and they were amazing!
Collected the car, fixed the car, serviced the car and returned it
In a world where people are worried about scammers I can honestly say this company is not one of them.
100% recommend

amazing service
super duper helpful and supportive
after some trouble with the car( at my fault) he was very helpful and made sure my car was fixed, cleaned, serviced and returned back to me ASAP
very grateful and pleased with this company

Sold my car to First Car Club and it was a very smooth process. The owner personally came to pick up the vehicle and was very friendly and reasonable through the whole process!

Brilliant service and customer service, polite and friendly. The car is great and we drove away happy with a good warranty. Adam went above and beyond to make make us happy. Definitely would recommend.

A brilliant experience and a great place to buy a car - I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the customer service. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for quality vehicles and excellent customer service

This is the second car we’ve bought from this fantastic seller, and we couldn’t be happier. My friend has also bought two cars from here for her sons. We can’t recommend highly enough! He found exactly what we were looking for and even delivered the car in time to surprise my daughter when she got home from school. If you’re looking for a first car, look no further. Excellent service from start to finish!

Adam was very straightforward to deal with. We agreed a lower price upfront and he didn’t try to lower it after seeing the car. Nice chap to deal with and kept it refreshingly direct. Turned up the same day, paid the transfer and took the car. Would recommend selling to Adam.

Very positive experience with Adam, would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you again!!

Adam very helpful in sale
And helped me out with a great sale
Many thanks !

Well where do I start. Firstly, I must say I’ve read the reviews here and they don’t seem to match up with the absolute shambolic experience I had. But a quick google suggests it’s easy enough to start a new account and leave yourself a few 5* ratings to drag the score up.
Now the car. A polo. 1.2, for my niece. She found the car online and spoke with Adam. I’ve since read back thru the messages and he was very pushy for her to come down and view the car at his unit in Aylesbury.
She went with a friend and liked the car. He told her several other people were after it so had to leave a small deposit to secure it. £1000 later and she’s secured her dream first car. At this point she calls me up to go with her to collect the car. I oblige and go with her. He turns up in the car after I guess driving it for a bit and running the hose over it/wiping it with a dirty cloth.
Made it very difficult for me to see the condition of the paintwork. The engine bay was also wet and I’m not sure what he’d done to the inside. But he said it had come from his valeters. Now. We was about to walk away as I could see oil around the back of the block and it looked like there had been some paint repair even tho he said it was a clean straight car.
I then get told she’s already left a non refundable deposit. No drama. Take the hit and save yourself months of hassle. Nope. It was £1000 and he’s refusing to give it back. We have a few words and this guy really starts to show his true colours. Gets a bit passive aggressive and borderline aggressive. I wasn’t particularly phased by this but I imagine my niece would have been if she’d been alone.
He fully refuses to refund the deposit and even threatens us with the police and legal proceedings when he can see I’m clearly not scared of him. He tells me he’s got people on the way down so we make the decision to get out of there incase he wasn’t bluffing at this point. My poor niece is £1000 out of pocket and still no car. Lucky I find her a car shortly after and I’ve sorted her lost deposit. I’m gonna be making efforts to get that money back. But going thru more official routes seems like a waste of time. The initial unit we met him at isn’t his premises. And it was locked up when I went back the other day. The neighbouring business confirmed he didn’t have a unit here and this wasn’t the first time someone come looking for him.
I’ll be heading back soon believe me. But to anyone who’s took the time to read this. Please avoid this tool and disregard the positive reviews as they look doctored to me

Very helpful with helping me get a car for my daughter. Knows what he is talking about. When my daughter upgrades she wants to go back to Firstcarclub for her next car!

Thanks for a great service :)

Bought an automatic polo from this garage. Absolutely amazing service. Quick home delivery and fast response times. Car is in great condition as described.
