I was expecting the covers to be much thicker as was shown in advertising film.
Instead of a thin silicone or rubber it is paper thin foil, which leaves me deeply disappointed with.
For the amount of money paid, it feels a bad buy. I could just have easily used aluminium foil which is the same thickness and does the same job.
Not happy.

Products arrived on time however they did not fit my stove so gifted a friend who had a stove that they fit.

The figure was very good . The size was excellent. There were a few cast lines on the back and I think that could be improved, but otherwise very good.

I would only suggest that the picture shows where the package was left. I wasn't home at the time of delivery and I couldn't tell if my package was left at the end of my laneway, or actually driven up to our house. It was left at our back door, but the picture did not reflect that. I've had many deliveries from Dragonfly and this was the first time that I couldn't actually tell where the package had been left. No problem, but perhaps you could struct the delivery person to always have the photo include the door it was dropped off at. Otherwise, quite happy with the delivery!

It took 2 months for my order to arrive and the tracking system was useless. I ordered 10 holders for planters that can attach to railings. I ordered them April 11 thinking Spring gardening. I got them June 11 after 5 emails asking where my order was. Each email was polite but useless. I received no details to tell me where or when I could expect my order. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered flower pot holders that attach to the outside of a patio railing. After ordering, I learned that our HOA does not allow this. The product took 8 weeks to arrive and the company does not support returns. I should have read the fine print, but I will never order from them again.

I ordered something for my garden from them over a month ago and its never arrived. First they showed that it was coming from Portugal. Then they said that they couldn’t track it via the shipper.
Then they said that they were sending a different order from China. Now they’re saying that the shipper there isn’t in contact. So sorry, so sorry, so sorry.
I've tried to cancel the order when the first product was lost. I’ve tried since.
This is a scammer, or scammers, not a legitimate company.
I’m never buying another product from Facebook or Instagram. They just host bad companies and products. Avoid anything from them.
I’m contacting my senators and blocking payment via my bank.

I’m extremely disappointed that I had to pay $40 out of pocket just to return products I wasn’t satisfied with. As a business, I believe it’s your responsibility to cover return costs, especially when the products didn’t meet expectations. I will never be ordering again since this is totally not worth it.

Scammers - bought to supposed silk overlay tops - would not pay £5 each for them terrible I want my money back and they are not getting back to me never by off this site. Margie Brewer

I bought a navy silk overtop probably from the same advert as the lady below, I should have read this earlier.
Th navy silk top was dreadful awful stitching, junky pockets and sleeves, given that it was XL it was not loose and flowing as advertised and looked more like an overall. Despite emailing my complaint I have still heard nothing back from them. It was expensive as well, the material is awful and look is nothing like the model was wearing. I feel scammed especially as the model was British and the company is obviously not. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a navy silk overtop and the material is awful and the cut is nothing like the model was wearing. There is no easy way to return the item and keep being fobbed off when asked for details to return the top and get a refund it cost me $36 and have been offered $5. Never will I make this mistake again absolute total rip off.

If zero stars was an option. This is a scam. What turned up looked like a cheap hospital gown. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a garment Vneck style....totally got something different.....trying to be in touch....but its a computer robot that keeps replying...

I asked to send them back for a refund they said it would cost to much in postage to China, yet it was advertised that it was in the UK.

By the reviews I’ve read, I think we all got scammed with the same so called floaty top, these scum should be banned from advertising anywhere, I definitely need to be more careful & research these companies before I purchase anything in future.

Cheap garbage from China! Its not silk its a cheap nasty hard fabric. Don't be fooled by these communist scammers that instagram promotes.

Absolute scam. Waited over a month for delivery and a complete (when you buy from wish) poor quality, wrong style item turned up. No option for refund. Steer clear. Wish id seen these reviews first

What I received was a grey, hard fabric of some sort which was a simple button up thing with a frill. The fabric looked and felt like plastic and resembled a workman's coat. Then when I asked to send it back for a refund they said it would cost to much in postage to China, and the refund process would take too long so i should keep it!! Total scam!!

Beautiful, I love them

I gifted this to a friend of mine whom was pregnant. This dress is very soft and comfortable. It has a very good amount of stretch to it. Very cute and modest when worn. The fabric isn’t too thin or thick. It’s very breathable so great for the hot climate areas.
