Really appreciate the recommendations. Having a fire risk assessment isn't top of everyones to do list, although it is important, so to have an existing client refer to others is really invaluable, especially as you are familiar with the service offered, so thank you very much.

It is lovely to hear a review regarding the assessor & we will pass your comments on. Our assessment has to be carried out onsite, so our assessors must be courteous & mindful that they are entering places of work or in some cases, homes. It is great to hear that is your experience.

We thought the company was okay
We thought the company was okay, but have since found serious untruthful discrepancies on our last Fire Inspection Report which we have had to contact them to rectify and put right!!! Not Good.

Risposta di FireRiskAssessments.com
Very sorry that you felt the report wasn't accurate. As you've already stated we are reviewing the points you've highlighted & where possible will make any adjustments, however we can only put confirmation that actions are being taken, where there is the evidence to support it. The assessment is actually a review of all matters relating to fire safety & if the report doesn't highlight where there is a missing service document, then we aren't doing the job you engage us to do. The fire risk assessment must highlight areas that require attention, so that the Responsible person then has an action plan to work through. If service documents are provided at a later date we are happy to amend the report, or you can sign off the action as completed.
Great service very professional!

I found the Fire Risk Assessor was quite OTT about things and though some things were valid often he was looking for as many things as possible to find wrong. it was an unpleasant experience.

Risposta di FireRiskAssessments.com
We're sorry to hear that you found the experience difficult. The assessors job is only to highlight areas of concern that will impact on Life safety, using guidance for your particular type of premises. It can sometimes seem that they're raising issues that aren't relevant, however each item may well have an impact on something else, for example missing Keep clear signage on the back of an exit door, will also affect the means of escape. If you have any concerns about some of the points raised in your report, please do contact us and we will be happy to get a further explanation as to why it has been raised.
Great service
Quick to book in, affordable, professional service, they didn't mind that we had to keep amending the day. They gave lots of advice on the day and comes with fire safety guides and policies to use after - very helpful and will use again when we need to.
