Item was delivered 17 days after ordering
Item was delivered 17 days after being ordered. I received an order confirmation email and then nothing further until I chased up to find out what was happening. I was then told it was on back order and would be about another week. The web site should have indicated the item was not available when I made the order so I could choose to wait for it or look elsewhere.

Had email saying it was on the way complained and then they said its just leaving., when it turned up I could see it's not worth putting documents in as the gap around the door would let fire in as I could see the holes in the back to attatch to wall through the front

Impressed with the Fire Safety Stick
I’m impressed with the Fire Safety Stick, bought for my boat. It’s so small and light compared to my dry powder extinguisher and has a shelf life of 15years. Excellent value for this application. The delivery was quick so all round satisfaction - not yet used happily!
