Very quick turnaround from order to…
Very quick turnaround from order to receipt of main order (2x fire extinguishers). Only confusion was the 'stand' for the extinguishers followed a couple of days later. This leaving the customer to chase up a potential short order. Email sent but was not responded to. Very happy otherwise.

The courier company had my mobile…
The courier company had my mobile number but did not user it to inform that the items had arrived.
Instead the clown placed the fire extinguishers in the open window of a guests room on the ground floor.

Not delivered
I'm writing this review after receiving an email asking for my feedback. Unfortunately, I haven't yet received the items i ordered 5 days ago. Neither have i received the promised email that i'm told the courier will send me. Looking at other reviews, it seems this company do not deliver on time. I phoned them today, to be told my items were being dispatched today (coincidence ???!!!) for delivery tomorrow, but still no email so i don't believe a word they say. Yes, their products are cheaper than others, but that comes at a cost for late delivery and poor customer service.

Excellent value
This would have been a 5-star experience. Ordering and delivery times from the company were excellent, truly 5-star, and great value for money. However, the actual delivery was disappointing, as the packaging was smashed and in poor condition.

Additional £20.00 for delivering to Fife in Scotland is excessive. Which is on top of the £8.50 standard charge.
Royal mail tracked would have be under £5.00
