Fireplacesaver Recensioni

From the first enquiry regarding a media wall Ben was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Ben then took my order and informed me of the next steps regarding installation. Ben was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Karl the fitter was absolutely brilliant, he worked the whole day, very polite young man. Karl was very tidy during the installation and made sure I was happy with what he was about to install. I am excited for the next step tomorrow of getting it plastered.

This was a project we spent a lot of time investigating, really wanted to make sure we worked with an organisation that understood us and offered a huge amount of flexibility as we moved on together. This is an exactly what we got, amazing support pre instalment and the guys that built the actual media wall were the consummate professionals.

They literally did everything they could to make sure we had things exactly as we’d hoped for including ensuring all elements of the new tv and the surround sound system was set up and functioning to its full potential before leaving. They were clean, tidy and hugely respectful the whole time they were with us too.

If anyone’s considering a media wall installation then look no further. A perfect 5 stars from us!

Found this gem of a company online. Easy to deal with with great customer service. Construction of media wall was carried out by Barry Evan's Joinery supported by Alan (Electrician) and Stevie & Fraser (Plasterers). Couldn't recommend all 4 highly enough - excellent work, punctual, professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home as they were so respectful of our home. Could not recommend highly enough

Harry you are a credit especially when I had doubts about the media wall not being what I wanted to Mo who installed it and rectifying any changes. Mo and his workmate worked very hard. From initial contact to installation nothing was too much trouble for these guys. My media wall is amazing and exactly what I wanted thanks to Harry and the price was very competitive.

Fantastic company to have chosen to complete our media wall in our new house!

Very professional team turned up to fit it, and it looks amazing!

Absolutely spot on from the first phone call to ‘Karl’ building the media wall, excellent customer service from the lads over the phone and 10/10 joinery from Karl who built the wall. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service. Media wall, electrics and fire all fitted seamlessly. Guys worked very hard and had the best formula for a professional installation. They also worked with our TV company and comms company. We are very happy and highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Ben and the team. Ben was helpful supportive and communicative throughout the whole process, and the fitting team were efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Made my vision come to life, the whole process went smoothly couldn’t recommend them enough. 😀

Fantastic service from Ben at Fireplacesaver who assisted me in my recent purchase of the Chelsea Fire Suite.

Having looked online at the Fireplacesaver Website, I gave the store a call and Ben took the time and patience to go over what I wanted and happily talked through the Chelsea Suite and what features it had and its suitability for what I wanted. Ben also was kind enough to send me various videos via WhatsApp of other suits available for comparison and the different styles of fires and LED effects available.

The Chelsea Suite is now installed and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It looks amazing and definitely a fantastic purchase. Thank you Ben for your advice and fantastic customer service.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The communication from the sales men was excellent and very informative especially as it was all done over the phone. The work was done on time and the quality was amazing Mo and Ali worked hard and done everything very professional and also cleaned up. There was very little mess when they left. The plastering is the best i have seen and the fire is amazing. I am over the moon with the finished media wall. I would recommend this company to anyone
