Recently purchased a Celsi Puraflame electric fire, very informative website and prompt delivery, packaged well to avoid any damage in transit, all in all I would recommend this company.

I ordered a Flavel Renoir gas fire from Fireplace Megastore last Monday (18th ) and asked if I could take delivery by Thursday ( 21st) as my fitter could fit the new fire on Friday (22nd) due to being without a fire in the lounge, our old fire suddenly becoming unserviceable.
The sales person (David I believe) who was extremely helpful, said that he would do his utmost to see to it, I must say a promise is only a promise if it`s kept, and the promise most certainly was kept, thank you Fireplace Megastore you delivered it at 11.30am today Wednesday 20th!
It is refreshing to find a company today who not only is polite and courteous on the phone, but also takes the time to phone back to confirm delivery date and time as Fireplace Megastore did.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Fireplace Megastore from initial contact to final delivery, all done within three days! I most certainly will be recommending you and will be using you again in the future without a doubt.

The item was delivered on time and placed where the box could be opened by the installer. It was lovely to know within a couple of hours the time of delivery.
Have absolutely no complaints.
I feel sure if any complaints do arise they will be dealt with.

Great fire at a great price although, lets be honest there are many similar deals elsewhere (although Fireplace Megastore was tied as cheapest for the particular model of fire I was wanting). I found these guys so much better on customer service than anywhere else I enquired to. Not only did they have a mobile-friendly phone number (other places charge silly amounts to ask a question) they were polite and knowledgeable over the phone, had extremely fast delivery with the option to schedule to a date which suited me best and also personally rang me up to confirm my order had gone through after I had a few issues with my bank deciding to put a security stop on my card (for no reason at all!). For once I actually felt like a valued customer with an online purchase and not just a faceless order. Great company and thanks for your help.

I am very pleased with the fire purcashed this company, very prompt delivery as promised.
I also found it to be, £40 to £60 cheaper than at several local companies i first made inquires to.

Ordered a Flavel Renoir gas fire from the Fireplace Megastore. The fire was not in stock and we were told there would be a short delay while the manufacturer made some more with the required remote control. This all turned out to be true and the Fireplace Megastore helpfully arranged for the fire to be delivered directly to me from the manufacturer to speed things up. Very pleased with the way things turned out and I would recommend The Fireplace Megastore to other people. The price was the cheapest I could find too!

Looking for a new fire??? then look no further!! i found FIREPLACE MEGASTORE to have exactly what i was looking for at the best price by over £150.00 and to cap it all it arrived 2 full days before its expected date!!!! as the winter set in we tried our old fire and found it burnt out, had to order a new one 4 days before going on holiday as did not want to come home to a cold damp house, estimated 5 day delivery :( but one quick call to check and next day :))) SUPERB no hesitation in recommending or dealing with in the furture

We had lots of problems with our old fire (a shelf burner) but needed one exactly the same to fit in the space that was already there. If we'd bought a different one we'd have had to re-new the whole fireplace. The Fireplace Megastore were great! The best price I could find and their customer service was great. I e-mailed them before I ordered as I needed to know I could get the fire quickly as ours had stopped working completely and with 2 small children in the house we needed it fixing quickly. The e-mailed back straight away and told me they had the fireplace in stock and it could be dispatched immediately if I ordered it. I did order it and it arrived quickly. The stones that were meant to come with it weren't in the box and the guarantee in the box said 3 years instead of the 10 years that was stated on the website. I e-mailed them back and they sorted it out straight away. Sent the stones the next day and sorted out the 10 year guarantee with the manufacturers of the fire. I also had to phone them as I needed their address to complete the guarantee form and couldn't find it on the website. The man I spoke to was very helpful and told me where to find it . This is a welcome change as I often find it difficult to 'speak to a real person' when you order off 'online only' websites. Couldn't recommend them enough. Would definitely use them again.

Thanks to Steve I have a new fire suitable for my needs,first class service advice and an honest reliable company. Purchased a gas fire delivered in 24 Hours to Scotland. I highly recommend this company who only sell what you want what you need and nothing else. This company does what it says on the tin. I have just redecorated my living room and wanted to update my gasfire. Found this updated version of the misor fire we had already fitted which had given years of service. Found our new one at a hreat price cheaper than anywhere else. Easy transaction and quick delivery. 10 out of 10 .

I have only just installed the Celsi fire but am pleased with it as has different options ie flame effects etc. Fire delivered before confirmed delivery date and was packaged well. On the negative side it is advertised with 'mood lighting' which was a selling point for me. This model does not come with 'mood lighting' and only found this out when box opened and a note inside. This would be false advertising and should be addressed on the website plus all other websites this is advertised on. The other negative is the specifications as on website and with booklet enclosed with fire. These are incorrect. I printed off the PDF document prior to delivery so my joiner could build the fire place. We decided to wait until ready to install. He worked off specification but had to adjust framework of fire place twice. As I ordered fire online I had no contact with any company members but found ordering simple. As previously said I am happy with fire although would have preferred it with mood lighting.

I was wary about placing an order with this company as I read mixed reviews online. However I cannot fault the company. Friendly and helpful customer service and prompt delivery.

saw this fire in a showroom and fell in love with it ,waited till we got home to get a better price on the internet .fire place megastore saved us over £50 pounds very pleased with it.very quick delivery,

After a problem with the packaging of an item sent directly from a factory, Fireplace Megastore sorted it all out promptly & satisfactorily.
The customer services people could not have been more pleasant, polite & helpful; I'd highly recommend this company!

Ordered fire in April 2014. Now gone out of business. Visited premises on Thirsday 1st May. Closed and locked . No-one there. Sign on door states "Closed until further notice". Premises up for sale on internet. Money lost. !

I purchased a Flue Free gas fire on the 10th April 2014 at a cost of £419.
This company took the money within 24 hours, and I haven't heard from them since. Website is down, phone lines are still working, but you can't speak to anyone.
It is also a fact that every complaint on this site gets removed very quickly.............very dodgy.
This company will take your money and not provide the goods that you paid for.
This company is commiting fraud................they are crooks......beware......avoid.

Placed order two weeks ago, they took my payment immediately, no delivery of my fire or communications about delivery from them, they don't answer phone calls or e-mails but they keep taking down these bad reviews. I will be contacting my bank and reporting them next week after the 15 days grace period expires with my bank. Something not right with this company.
