Could not be more delighted with festive studio, they have made our Christmas so magical with their letters from santa, and the key is perfect. They have always responded to me quickly and rectified my mistake immediately and to no extra cost to me. Fantastic company will be using them for many yrs to come

So so thrilled with our purchase from Festive Studio. We received the personalised Christmas letter in the post yesterday and it was absolutely brilliant. It spoke about my daughters age, where we lived and included her younger brother and our dog. She loved it. We also paid extra for the key which is brilliant quality etched on wood and a real key. In the box was also a quality certificate and reindeer food and magic snow. Everything was really good quality on thick paper or card and glass jars and wooden boxes. Worth every penny thank you!!!!

We really enjoyed receiving our letters from Father Christmas. Beautifully writen and personalised with our pets and experiences. The letter's put awestruck smile's on my boys faces which were priceless. I highly recommend 🙂

These letters are amazing! They look lovely and have lots of content. Truly magical. I ordered 2, and was pleasantly surprised to find them both very different, not just with the personalisation but different stories and jokes to make them really interesting and exciting for siblings. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Simply fantastic and a great price too.

After my first experience (a couple of years ago) was not great, festive studio reached out to me. After consideration, I decided to try their services again.
It was a lot better, fast delivery with no issues at all.
The products themselves are lovely, good quality and I am sure will make my 2 little girls extremely happy when they open them.

I am glad that I gave festive studios a second chance and I would recommend anyone that has not had a great experience before do the same.

UPDATE: After posting the review below I received an email the very next day to say they had been dispatched.
They have just arrived and they are excellent quality.
I would suggest that they give honest lead time’s at the point of ordering to save this happening again.
The quality of the product is not in question as I said, it’s excellent. However, it should not have taken an PayPal dispute to get the issue resolved.
I would recommend based on the quality and their honesty since my original review.
Support for small businesses is important now more than ever hence my update.

AVOID
I bought items over a month ago and have received nothing other than a terse reply to my email telling me orders were being sent out “this week”. That was TWO weeks ago.
Left with neither the money or the items.
I would question if some of the reviews on here are genuine which kind of defeats the object of a site like trust pilot.
Not impressed and very unhappy.
I will be reporting to both PayPal and trading standards!

We are absolutely melted by the kindness, customer service and genuine care that this company have for their customers. There was a problem with my order that I didn’t notice until the 23rd, festive studios sent out letters for our three children that afternoon, they arrived today, Christmas Eve morning. The quality is something I had never even expected, the words are magical and it even has me believing that Santa sent them! Thank you festive studios for keeping the magic alive, we will are forever grateful x

I cannot rate festive studios high enough. Not only is the quality of their goods amazing their customer service goes above and beyond any expectations. To my knowledge It is a family business and you can tell by the way they care for the customer.

Ordered a hanging doggy tree decoration, personalised with name. It arrived today, bigger then expected and brilliant. Well packaged in Jiffy bag. Took only few days from ordering to delivery. The best experience ever!! My 10 year old and 7 year old were speechless to see how they're friends' names were mentioned and other little details..both letters were different..my 10 year old finally had to admit "These must be from the REAL SANTA!!!!" Will order them again next year as I myself felt the magic too..

I ordered 2 letters last week for my boys; one aged 6 and the other aged 1. I can honestly say that I am absolutely thrilled! Both letters were different, which added authenticity and the paper and envelopes feel fantastic. I also ordered a 'wish list' and 'nice contract'; what an absolute bargain! They are gorgeous. I cannot wait for my oldest to see them. I've also recommended them to my sisters who have children themselves. I sincerely hope that they're around next christmas as I intend to become a repeat customer.

I had ordered two letters from Father Christmas and they were both different, I was very impressed that they hadn’t used the same template twice, and letters were beautiful and fantastically presented. My other half said I could write a letter from Santa myself instead of paying someone else to do it but there’s no way it would’ve looked like this, they are well worth the money! The content of the letter is also really engaging and imaginative. I know my nephews will love the letters and be swept up in the Christmas magic because the quality of the letters is so high. Festive Studio also have great customer service, my phone auto corrected a spelling that was printed in the letter, this was my fault for not double checking at the end but they have very kindly sent me a new letter free of charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will be ordering more from them and every year!
