We had our conservatory installed eighteen months ago and were impressed at all stages from ordering through to building work and installation. Yesterday was a service visit to realign the external French doors that we were struggling to close due to the recent hot weather. The engineer was professional, thorough and happy to explain everything that he was doing. He even adjusted a couple of other doors for me which went above and beyond why he was called in. In my opinion, Sherborne are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the initial quotation through to the final installation, the whole team was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. My project involved a complex bay window, and the attention to detail throughout the process was exceptional.
Communication was excellent, every question I had was answered promptly, and I always felt well informed.
The installation team did an amazing job. Their workmanship was outstanding, they treated my home with great care, and the finished result exceeded all of my expectations. The transformation is simply incredible.

I would like to add a reply to the response from Sherborne re the fitting of acoustic glass to a bedroom window and French door. After living with the new windows for a few weeks I can confirm that the traffic noise is only slightly muted and does nothing for the late night slamming of car doors. The glass in the garden door makes very little difference to the sounds from next doors' gardens. I was hoping for a better outcome. I am grateful that the company came out promptly on three occasions to fix the problems with this door. I hope this review is helpful to other customers considering acoustic glass and would encourage you to be diligent in your research.

Excellent customer service when we visited their showroom in Hartley Wintney. We had a good idea of what we wanted and Jordan listened, offered suggestions and showed us what was available that met our criteria......very pleased with all his advice and purchased a front door that we love.
Same great professionalism evident throughout the company, the surveyor, fitting team and office staff have all made the process very easy and I can highly recommend the whole company and the final product.

Sherborne built us a large 7.5m by 4m orangerie extension and provided a complete package. The extension was built to a very high standard and specification and all of sherborne's staff were professional, diligent and friendly. The project was delivered on budget and communication throughout the process was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Sherborne Windows did an excellent job helping us replace all the windows, doors and a lantern in our kitchen extension. The end result is superb — the windows are great, and were fitted to a very high standard by a capable team. To be transparent, there were some manufacturing issues (not the fault of Sherborne, but the manufacturer) and we had two incorrect doors supplied, and an issue with the tint on another section. Sherborne were proactive in getting this resolved, and did so as quickly as they were able to. Despite the back and forth and a bit of disruption, my experience was very positive — the windows and lantern have completely transformed the space, and the team are friendly, capable and professional.

From start to finish, the whole process went really well. This friendly, local company were efficient, considerate, tidied up and installed my lovely new front door and 2 windows within a few hours. They went above and beyond by installing my new front door bell too. The 3in1 oil gift was a nice touch too. Well done Sherborne - I will definitely be using you again.

Excellent service from Sherborne again; they are slightly more expensive than other suppliers and worth every penny. Excellent workmen, very attractive and robust products and a good after sales service; I have arthritis and they made the effort to ensure I had a door opening mechanism to make life easy! Jeremy was very quick to respond and come up with a solution. All the staff, Megan, Jackie and Jeremy are very good at their jobs and great to deal with...

Over 20 years ago Sherborne built and fitted our conservatory and to this day it remains such an asset. Their workmanship and quality was superb and is looking just as good as it was when installed. We bought a new front door from Sherborne recently, and couldn’t be happier. It wasn’t cheap but you definitely get what you pay for; it’s beautifully made, so solid, secure and looks gorgeous. The fitters were polite and professional too. Would highly recommend.
