Fastlane were so friendly and helpful, and got the job done much more quickly than I expected! They also updated me at every step which made the process really smooth. Really great service especially from Jay Isaacs, and also Steve Purcell and Marc (who picked up/delivered)

I’ve been involved in a very nasty accident on the 13th of December and from the moment I called about the accident all the way throughout the entire process the Mercedes team in particular Anil has been extremely helpful giving me updates every week about the conditions of my car

I was directed to FastLane Guildford by AX claims management company as I insisted on using an Audi approved body shop for my no-fault claim. They did a brilliant job and looked after my car (even though it was the oldest one there!). Even gave me leftover paint so that I could touch up the stone chips on my bonent. Andrew Varns was professional and is a great customer facing brand ambassador for Fastlane. Hope I dont have to, but if I do need to I will defo insist of using Fastlane in the future.

Sal at Loughton has gone above and beyond for me since the day of my accident answer the phone on a Sunday evening as I was in a state of shock, he calmed me down and reassured me we would have everything sorted by Monday day end.
Process of getting me in my courtesy car from start to finish has been hassle free as well.
Communication throughout has been thorough and concise with helpful feedback from Sal via Phone call.

I brought my Tesla into Fastlane after an accident as I'd heard good things about them and I'd had bad experiences with garages in the past. I was really pleased with how quick and efficient the customer service was and the car came back immaculate. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone but Fastlane in the future.

If I could give 100 stars, I would.
Fastlane were absolutely fantastic, from start to finish after my BMW had been involved in an accident.
The customer service is absolutely incredible, sending me updates of how the car was getting on, at what stage we were at and keeping me informed on when I could expect my car back.
The repairs are out of this world. The car looks better than it did when I bought it!
Thank you so much to the entire team. I highly recommend that you look no further than this garage for anything repair related.
