I ordered a pair of 'distressed brown ankle boots' size 8.... I received a revolting pair of tan faux suede boots, made from very flimsy material in a size 6 ..... to return them, even though they aren't fit for purpose and not what I ordered, I have to pay to return them to China. They did offer me 20% off my next order, yeh .... right, like I'm going to order anything else from them! This company are complete rip off merchants, peddling rubbish!

Don’t buy from them. They sent me boots in the wrong size (that look way cheaper than the image) but refuse to accept that they should pay the return costs for a refund

I ordered a 3XL size coat as I wanted to wear a large jumper underneath, my other coats are 2XL & my shirts are XL. Couldn't even fasten the coat, I also took it to some high street shops & everyone stated it was at maximum a large, the coat had the size label removed. I contacted Fashion Street & they replied "they could offer a 20% off any other order" & that's it, they are rip-off merchants.

Ordered a linen mens shirt, it arrived as some weird spandex thing. The email address and number to return doesnt work despite stating 30 day returns.

Absolutely degusting company do not order i ordered man’s jacket large waited weeks for delivery when it came size label is cut out would fit a small man all they could do was offer me was 20% discount on a different item of clothing because to send it back for refund apparently I have send it back to china 50 pound I have lost and jacket that doesn’t fit keep away everyone

Do NOT buy from this company. Ive had 100sof items from shein cheaper and better! I orderd some boots £62.90.
Sent wrong size boots and they were more a size 2uk im a 5uk.
Quality was appalling but you chance that when you pay alot less for it some times.
They told me I can return but I will be charged £50.
I accept i may lose something but not £50 the site does not state they pretty much keep all of the amount, which means your not getting a refund basically.
Its shocking and appalling FALSE information.
They wont even take in consideration they sent wrong size, actualy all they said is sorry you are not happy! They had the cheek to say keep boots and we will send you 20% of next purchase.
Ohhh I get they come from China but apparently UK based but why not let me send uk address yeah because its false information again 😤

If I could give less than one star I would!
As everyone says this company makes you think they are UK based but they ship from China, the goods are not good and wrong size etc and they offer a discount on another purchase (as if) or up to £50 to return!!!
Do not use!!!!
I went through my credit card for chargeback and successfully achieved it!

Avoid !! This company does not care whether you receive the product you want, they only want to sell stuff. They even go against their own guidelines and regulations! Customer service reacts to emails but finds only ways how to make you pay more !! I ordered shoe size 7 and received a 38 - which is about two numbers smaller !! First they said that all is correct ! Then , after me sending them the size tables they offered 20% off my Next order !? And now said that I have to pay for returning the item to China (!) myself to receive refund - although stated otherwise in their own regulations : taking on costs themselves if the fault is on their side…. Unbelievable what kind of tradespeople are on the Internet !! They should be banned!

ordered a ladies blouse grey silky with deep v neck. cost over 30 pounds. What arrived was a totally different colour! completely different unfinished neckline that would be completely unwearable ! and looks like a rag !
When you contact them to send it back you can’t get an address anywhere and they just send you %off your next order ! don’t think so !!!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFf Avoid!!!

Ordered 2 merino wool polo shirts from who I thought was a local company uk .4 weeks later they arrived first sizes aren't correct they state correct sizes these are massive in comparison and secondly the merino wool is actually according to them from a nylon and viscous sheep "new one on me"! These people are wolves in sheep's clothing total scammers and best avoided at your costs I'm as sure as a lot of costumers are totally fed up of Chinese scammers they need to be investigated how they can illegitimatly advertise products falsely and get away without being shut down we are known throughout the world as easy pickings !!.

All reviews on here are not good. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I purchase anything. I bought 4 items and the quality is the worst ever.
£50 to return items direct to China…. Do not use

Horrendous company!! After a month of waiting I received 3 rubbish garments. Each time I requested return information they threw discount offers at me. I had to send 4 emails to get a return address in CHINA - not UK !! Plus pay for return!!

Gutted I did not review this site before buying. It is a scam, the product they sent bore no resemblance to what I ordered and appeared to be used. They then said I could return but courier costs would exceed value of order. It is a scam.

If I could have given a negative score I would have. I would also like to have uploaded pictures of what I received versus what I got.
The products I ordered was pictured and described as a light weight cotton and linen embroidered V neck top in medium. I received a synthetic badly made button up shirt with an awful print in size large. The service was then dreadful, they would not accept responsibility they had not sent what was advertised and wouldn't pay for me to return it to get an refund. Dreadful site, DO NOT USE IT.

1 star is too much ordered two shirts 3xl took 3 weeks to turn up I live 40 miles from Manchester turns out coming from china shirts came they were way to small package looked like someone else had it before and returned it labels cut out AVOID is all I can say

This company believe they are above the law and don’t need to comply with the consumer rights act in the UK. They send items not as described with labels removed. After arguing with them I decided to go though my bank for my refund. I will also be reporting them to trading standards as they are crooks.

Absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had! I just wish I had looked at reviews before getting involved with them. As other reviewers have said it is totally FRAUDULENT and should be banned from advertising products which bear no resemblance to what actually arrives! I can’t believe that my request for a refund was met with the offer of 20% discount on next order!! They must make their profits from trusting one time customers like me and many others!

Ordered shorts from fashionst .co.uk Manchester when I enquired about delivery date was told occasionally delivery delayed by customs , I did not think there was customs between Manchester and Glasgow ,when shorts arrived not fit for purpose asked for refund was told pay £50 to return to china shorts were not worth £50 .
Avoid this scam .
