Disappointing after sales care…
I purchased a secondhand compact tractor with various attachments.
They delivered and kindly demonstrated as this was my first tractor.
I was assured that they would part exchange it when I was ready for a bigger one and be able to help with servicing etc.
The following year I looked to upgrade but was told that’s not something they could help me with.
Equally they’re unable to supply or even advise on spare parts even for a basic service!
Very disappointing after sales care and somewhat misleading sales strategy.

Delivery was as discussed on the phone call they made to me, great customer service. When I fitted the item together it done exactly what I needed, the drive is now free from pot holes very impressed 👌
