Left me botched and wasted around £350 in two sessions of filler to rebuild my previously dissolved lips. I had severe lumps and terrible symmetry. Georgina knew she has messed me up and just avoided saying anything.. Offered me dissolving when I complained rather than my money back, I don’t think these women are extensively qualified or experienced and it’s disgusting they are still using the prestigious AKJ title for bookings when it’s not the same company. Terrible customer service when tried to express my concerns and seem to just be money grabbers. Disgusting, I had been going to faces for years before they changed location and management, avoid at all costs they don’t know what they’re doing and fail to care about the health of clients. They also tactically don’t have anywhere obvious to give reviews. Have since had to go elsewhere to be fixed

Milton Keynes Faces has been my go to for years. Post baby I needed a refresh and Marie was attentive, understood my needs and just super lovely!

What can I say honestly Georgie is AMAZINGGG, when I first met her with all honesty as soon as I saw her face I knew I could trust her with mines😭she is honestly the best and knows exactly what I need. She makes me look so natural making the biggest changes that you won’t even notice which I love. I’ve recommended Georgie to so many people because she quite literally is TEAA🙂‍↔️we have the best conversations whilst ensuring I get the services also. Honestly one of the best nurses and I’d recommend her and promote it more but I don’t want my slots to be booked Everytime I need my top ups!🤭

Milton Keynes Faces by AKJ are the most professional aesthetic providers around. They genuine provide an excellent service and care about your wellbeing. The worst so-called “professional” I’ve ever come across. Georgina Sexton is careless, heavy-handed, and clearly unqualified to do fillers. My face was left bruised, uneven, and lumpy, a complete disaster. When confronted, she was arrogant, dismissive, and took zero responsibility, I felt like she's been avoiding me and the fact that she completely disgraced my face. This woman is dangerous, she think what she's doing is ok, for her it's fun. Do not trust her with your face under any circumstances.
It cost me fortune to dissolve what she over exaggerated and in general, fix my face back to normal look. Your response is both misleading and disappointing.
The reason you have "no record" of me attending your clinic is because the majority of my treatments were carried out at my home, not at your clinic. Payments were made either in cash or by bank transfer, and I am able to provide evidence of those transactions, same as conversations between myself and Georgina arranging visits at my home.
The only occasions I attended your Bedford clinic were arranged directly through messages and not through your booking system, see video attached where she performed threads on me. Therefore, the absence of records within your booking platform does not mean that I was not your client.
Rather than addressing the concerns raised in my review, you have chosen to suggest that I am a jealous ex-colleague and have implied dishonesty without providing any evidence. This is unprofessional and does nothing to address the issues I experienced.
My review reflects my genuine experience as a paying client. Disagreeing with feedback does not automatically make it defamatory. Threatening legal action and references to IP addresses do not change the facts of my experience.
If your records genuinely do not reflect treatments performed privately, payments received outside your booking system, or appointments arranged directly via messages, that raises questions about your own record-keeping rather than the validity of my review.
I stand by the comments I have made and am happy to provide supporting evidence of our transactions and communications, please provide me email where this can be shared!!!

I have been a customer at Faces for many years, initially when Aimee was based in Hyde. I now visit the clinic in Milton Keynes. I simply cannot rate FacesbyAKJ high enough, the whole team are super friendly and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and are the top of their game. Georgie in Milton Keynes makes you feel like a best friend, always remembers you and your treatments despite the amount of people she may see and time between appointments. She gives valuable and truthful advice and the results of her work are amazing. I simply would not go anythere else. The clinic is so clean and comfortable with a calming, warm atmosphere. You are missing out if you are not using faces for all your aesthetic needs.

Another 5 star experience with faces MK, would highly recommend every time 🥰

This is the second time I have choose Milton Keynes for face for treatments. My practitioner was Marie and she was so friendly and welcoming aswell as extremely professional and knowledgeable. She talked me through all of my treatments and gave reassurance. I am very happy with results of my treatments and will definitely be returning and recommending ☺️
