We had a wedding for my cousin on Nov 25th onwards and My wife wanted to order and wear the customized Anarkali dress, which we have ordered after they told me that the dress will be shipped and delivered on or before November 23rd, after that I do not need the dress if it is delivered after Nov 23rd. Dress was delivered before Nov 23rd, but what they have sent someone else's package to me and my package to someone else. I reported to them about it and they blame to packaging and shipping. After all, it's overall their responsibility to ensure customer receives great product and on time. I asked for full refund I paid, but I didn't receive any positive response from them so far. This is very bad customer service and very bad handlings of them. Do not recommend to buy anything from here.

Wonderful service and quality. Seeing the collection at Fabricoz site I was so impressed but had never used them. So was not sure if the service would be good too and not to mention the fit. But I am so happy that it came as expected.

I purchased a sari/suit. But they didn’t send me the one I ordered. When I put in a PayPal dispute they then threatened me. All they had to do was send me what I ordered. The site also looks like you are dealing with a company in Australia but you are not. Don’t trust an order with them

Thanks for adding lining and making changes to hide skin. Their custom stitching option is unique and is taken seriously when stitching is done. Every note I left in the order was perfectly followed.

I would give them a zero if I could. First, they told me they would not be restocking an item I wanted to purchase (it was sold out). I was really upset because I liked it a lot. Then, a few weeks later, I was on their website and saw it was back in stock anyway. I ordered it, and when it arrived the outfit was too large. The shirt looked too big, but I figured I could make it work. The pant, however, was WAY beyond my size and had no string to tighten. I messaged them about this, and they said questions about sizing should be sent to their email. I emailed them and never got a response. I messaged them three more times since then, and have been ignored on there as well. I can't wear this outfit, and their customer service has done nothing about it. Do not buy from here, if for some reason your outfit is not what you wanted, you're stuck with it.

They have a great range of quality clothing that always looks great! Shipping is super fast too as I received my suits in less than 10 days. The are now one of the first brands I look at when buying a dress for an event.

I ordered two suits from them. One was a lehenga and the other was a saree. The saree was supposed to be silk but came in a very paper-like cotton material that had a strange smell. I paid extra for stitching which was a big mistake because they stitched the blouses in the shape of a box like a square (very wide even though the picture showed them fitting). The lehenga's sleeves came in very short even though I ordered longer, fitted sleeves. It was supposed to be satin but was very clearly cotton.
They don't have the actual dresses in the pictures they show. They just imitate them using cheaper fabric and material. Please save your money and time. Even the embroidery was very cheap and had loose strings.
When I tried to return they said it was impossible because of the stitching. I wasted my time and money. Don't be like me

I received my suit in time.It was my first order and happy about quality and size.The changes as requested were perfect.I gave you 5 out of 5 **** and recommend my friends

I placed a large order (9 suits) and my expectations have been exceeded. The stitching is perfect and all the customization requests are adhered to immaculately. The customer service is also extremely helpful and very responsive. I gave the wrong measurements once before but they were quickly corrected and shipped much more quickly than expected as well. This is my new go-to site for all Pakistani suits for both value and quality--cannot recommend this enough!

I ordered 2 dresses last month. And they were so beautiful. It was first time purchasing from them so I was scared that how they gonna be. But when I got them they were absolutely beautiful and gorgeous . I just loved them. They was same as pictures. Comfortable to wear, same exactly design color and everything. I just fall is love with them. The quality of the fabric was really beautiful. I’m gonna keep purchasing from them. I’ll recommend u guys too to purchase from there. Also the customer service communication was really good. I’m gonna give them 10/10 and recommend to you too.

Today I received my order and it is nice to see good quality fabric and original suit. Customer service, DHL express delivery and stitching were all good experieces. Happy with the order and looking to now order more. Will recommend to anyone looking for dresses.

Thank you for you help with getting the right measurements too. Tips to buys - don't forget to write about your customization requests in the notes, They do read them and act on them :)
