Although the shirt took almost a whole month to arrive, the quality of it is amazing and I got plenty of compliments.

Ordered a hoodie for my daughter and was skeptical after reading reviews saying it took “months/several weeks” to receive their order and that the sizes ran too small and not true to size. Mine came in 2 weeks. Hoodie fit my daughter, quality was excellent, and thankfully with the app I was able to keep track of package from the moment it was ordered to delivery.

I would like to give 0 stars.
I am having a nightmare with this company, placed my order on 3rd Aug money taken straight away. And my order has never arrived.
I've emailed them 3 times to ask where my order is as I am in the UK so I am aware it can take 12 days to get to me but to have no updates at all and still no order now means its not going to get to me and now I am trying to work out how to get my money back.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Ordered a t-shirt for my granddaughter to wear to Bruno Mars concert. Have now sent 3 emails but not getting a response!!! Too late for the concert now but would still have liked to receive the item I’ve paid for! Will now be contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back, it’s not a lot but it’s the principle of the matter!!! 🤬

Item missing in the parcel, hence i had to wait for 1 month to ger a reply, then I received the missed item but the wrong model , and now I wait since 2 month and still no reply. Client service horrible!!!

Sent several emails asking to exchange for a different size which they say they allow as per their Ts and Cs but never received a response so impossible in practice to do an exchange. An expensive mistake.

Clothes are so cute and so cool, only thing would be that sizing isn't exact so maybe do a cheeky size up

First of all, there is absolutely no way to leave a review on their official website, which is why I am writing this here to warn other buyers.
Do not trust their social media ads. They heavily promote a beautiful, short, fitted top on a slim model. However, on their website, they don't show how the item actually looks on a real person or distinguish between a top and a T-shirt. I ordered an XS expecting that cute top, but l received a massive, oversized T-shirt that is 3 times bigger than me. It is a complete bait-and-switch.The shipping and customer service were exhausting. I waited for more than a month with zero communication. I even emailed their customer support, but they completely ignored me and never replied, even after 3 days— despite their website explicitlypromising a response within 24 hours. The tracking on 17track was frozen for 19 days. I never received any updates from Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. I literally had to go to the post office and ask the staff to search for my
package manually using different barcodes until they finally found it.
To make it worse, the quality is disappointing. I ordered a red item with a white print. The print is NOT white—it is a faded, washed-out, cheap-looking pink. The design looks blurry. I am very sad and disappointed with this purchase.
