Excellent Service
Popped in today with a suspected faulty tyre valve. Adam dealt with the issue straight away, instantly found the fault and resolved the issue. Friendly and efficient service would highly recommend!

Adam was fantastic
Adam was fantastic, went for an air con re-gas but air con still didn’t work so he didn’t charge me, booked it in again for checks! Would highly recommend, will be using this garage going forward as honest and reliable.

Top notch company
First class service from start to finish. Had my car back and fixed within 24 hours of breakdown. Customer service is first class, and stress free. They update you regularly. I really couldn’t recommended this company highly enough. Very refreshing.

Best garage around
Had excellent service from the start. Leonard went above and beyond to help with my car troubles. Communication was excellent, and regular phone calls to keep me updated. Also had excellent service from Andy. I highly recommend f1 tonbridge, it is now ,my go to car garage.

This is how you do customer service...
Popped in today for a couple of small jobs on my old SLK I thought needed doing. Turns out one wasn't needed and the other was a simple fix. Adam, the lovely chap in charge, took a quick look and sorted what needed doing for rather less than I was expecting. Will definitely head back there for servicing and MOTs. Thanks Adam.

Adam and his team in Tonbridge provided truly exceptional service today. We were on a long journey and sustained a puncture. They were already fully booked but somehow they managed to fit us in and the puncture was repaired swiftly, efficiently with charm. Professionalism was combined with kindness.

Went into the Tonbridge branch with my Clio for the headlights to be adjusted and realignment of the wipers.
They were fantastic,really polite,helpful and nothing was too much trouble,all mechanics were great,and the manager was brilliant.
Couldn't and wouldn't fault them.
I shall return when next need something done

Fitted me with minimal wait for two front tyres with slow punctures. Staff were very friendly and explained what they were doing and got approval when it came to fixing the fault.
