I would recommend formula one autocentre Telford to anybody they always do a great job they have been looking after my combo van for years and will keep on using them for all my van needs

Iv only used formula one with my cars for easily the last 10 years mayby more, John & guys there bend over backwards getting you back on road and with the 0% payment plan really helps a family like mine whos on a budget

Really great service from the Telford team, had my brakes replaced and very cost effective. Would highly recommend

I use John and the team for MOT’s and tyres for my customers and he tries his best to help me out, last minute MOT slots, just before closing retests etc something that not a lot of places will do. Highly recommend, As manager John has a tough job and he is doing it well👍

Really great experience and staff are always helpful. Rear coil snapped and within two hours they had replaced the part and all was fixed. Highly recommend.

I've been to a few tyre and garage companies before I found F1 at Telford I have to say I will never go anywhere else all the staff are pleasant and approachable and nothing was to much trouble would highly recommended this site for all your tyres and mechanical needs.

Wouldn't recommend, tyre fitted wrong direction when arrows showing correct way,damage done to sill due to NOT jacking on marked jacking point,staff not very helpful or friendly and lacking basic skills and knowledge , disappointing service altogether! Wouldn't use again unfortunately .

Excellent !! John and his staff offered Excellent service and we're very knowledgeable. They were prompt to assist after being let down by another provider. Would definitely use in future.

I dont even want to give a star. The worst service I have ever received by the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After the centre not receiving the quote from a comparison site to be able to commit to the booking. They didnt even take my registration details to confirm. However, I called the comparison site who confirmed it had been sent but may be the head office who had this. The garage then said well we haven't received so I cant do anything. I simply asked if there was a way with communicating with head office to make sure they then got the quote sent to them. To which he said no we cant do that and refused to give me any contact details as it wasn't for customers to have. However, low and behold there was a central customer service number on the website! So not only was this stain on the world rude, they also lied. The shame is I have used other garages from this chain previously and they were absolutely fine. Manners dont cost a thing, its such a shame they couldnt have just been helpful!

The guys at Telford are always brilliant, they’ve saved me twice now on short notice. Always friendly and welcoming (which is lovely as it’s usually intimidating going into garages being a female!) Enjoy the doughnuts guys 😊

I just read another one star review, left a few days bac, that paralleled exactly my experience of some time ago. I too bought tyres through Black Circles and nominated this mob to fit them. I turned up for my appointment at opening time and was the first customer. I was left under no illusion that I was, to them, very much a second (third, fourth?) class customer and they would essentially do the job as and when they felt like it, and that I would come beneath any other trade that they had that day either pre-booked or not. I have no doubt they are handsomely rewarded by Black Circles, but to them that business is in the bag so they will offer priority to passing trade who they may not otherwise not secure. I formally complained to Black Circles at the time as I wanted then to be aware of the potential harm to their business was being done. I don't like being treated like a piece of trash and neither myself or friends and relatives will every give Formula 1 custom again.

Great customer service. My car was making a horrific noise and the temp gage was really high. Rang F1 and spoke to a really friendly helpful man who said to bring it down. I took it straight away and the men were straight onto it. I left it with them and they did a brilliant job of repairing the issue, efficiently and quickly. Cannot fault them! Highly recommended!

Got my car MOT done here today, amazing customer service and got problems fixed and back to me the same day. Highly recommend.

First class service cyber monday MOT deal and the lads looked after me and my motor with a spare slot the day before I had ordered at last minute. Adjusted the headlights to get a pass and advised on tyres.

I am disappointed with this workshop after repairing the suspension, the steering wheel is in the wrong position. The interior of the car is dirty missing original shock absorber plugs I have to spend my time and go for repairs generally I do not recommend this workshop

After getting a flat tyre whilst on holiday in Telford, I called F1 Autocentre by accident. (Thought I was calling Kwik Fit). They couldn't do mobile fitting, so I dismissed them initially. 5 calls later, I called them intentionally. The team there went out of their way to explain what to do to get to them. I did, and boy was I glad I did. A slow 10 minute drive, and then within half an hour of getting to F1, a tyre had been sourced, delivered & changed. Although they were busy, nothing was too much trouble, and what's more, the price was right. No over-charging, no bull. Just a new tyre and perfect, courteous service. Many thanks!!

Stayed open late on a Sunday as we were broken down on the motorway on route to our holidays. All fixed quick and resolved. Thank you so so much.

Unbelievable rude person in reception. Also had ordered tyres via internet and made appointment.
When I arrived there were no tyres, so waiting for a call having driven there and back, about 30 minutes.
