First class and professional service. It was the first time I have had work carried out by the Swindon branch and it was much appreciate, a speedy response to my request. Thank you.

Our car failed its MOT, this was from a different garage, I went to formula one and they were exceptionally helpful.
From taking the car in to driving it away, and overseeing it all is Charlene (sorry if I spelt that wrong) incredibly helpful and considering how busy she is doesn’t miss an update.
I’ve never felt so informed by a garage in my life.

Took my car in to have it repaired could not fault the service I received from Charlene and her team they explain to me wot was needed to be done and the price it was they did the work which was an excellent job both myself and my husband will not take our cars anywhere else we always get 5 star treatment from Charlene and her team thank you again for all you do for us

Booked car in for front pads only - quoted £91. Took car in for 8.30am as asked. Hadnt heard anything all day so went to see whats happening at 3pm to be charged £241 for new discs as well even though had no authority to change these!!!
AVOID !!!!

I went on Sunday at Formula 1 in Swindon for a tyre puncture repair, and I had an excellent service. People there were happy to help me immediately, they also were super friendly and repaired my tyre, then they checked if there needed any alignment as well and I had a very friendly and professional experience.

I was told I needed some new brake discs by a different company booked in with f1 Autocentres and they had a look over the car Charlene was amazing really friendly and professional, told me they were not needed. Will definitely be going here for future servicing and MOT

Took my fiesta for an mot staff really helpful and chatty and really helpful on pricing, took my car back a couple of days later to book in for a retest and the put it in straight away no hassle

2nd time using the Swindon Elgin site for replacement tyres. I was very impressed on both occasions with the cost of the tyres I chose in comparison with other garages in the Swindon area, and equally impressed with professionalism of the staff at the Elgin site and the waiting facilities...Great experience all round. I would like to sat thank you for the quick and easy service and good customer sevice in swindo popped in this mornin to query my exhaust blowi they got the car in straight away diagnose the problem and charlene told me the price it was very good she said they can supply and fit within the hour and it 45 minutes so a big shout out out to charlene for excelant service and thank you formula 1 for the quick and speedy service and for lookin after me

Martin at Swindon store is great guy and was really helpful during the whole MOT-process of my vehicle, He managed to book me in for my retest on the requested day even they were fully booked, Great service overall, definitely recommend and will go back again in future.

Got stitched up by a mobile tyre fitting company, who just delivered the tyre! Next day went into the Swindon branch, asked if they could fit the tyre, their only question was, 'is it a new tyre?' Within 30 mins or so, tyre fitted at a very reasonable price. So much so, I went back later that day and had the tyre on the other side of car replaced. Which still worked out cheaper than the mobile bods for delivering the tyre

I have to say, the Swindon branch is absolutely amazing. Everytime I have an issue or a concern they see me so quickly. The manager Charlene is so friendly and chatty. The team provide updates and also let you know what they have done all at a reasonable price.

A massive shout out to everyone at this branch. I would recommend to everyone! Cannot fault at all!!

I've used this garage a number of times over the years and just wanted to say a huge thanks to Charlene and the team as i've never had a bad experience. I've had a number of problems with my car recently and Charlene has always been able to get it booked in quickly and looked at. The customer service is superior to the main dealer and I won't take my car elsewhere.
